You can choose from any one of the private or semi-private rooms offered at here. All residents have access to all of our common areas as well as our landscaped grounds. Our 24 hours staff is some of the best in Lancaster, they're always available when needed. We are determined to help every senior resident thrive. Arayata Elderly Care meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

This memory care place was an absolute Godsend for our Dad and our family. We struggled to not know the best plan for him, wanting him out of the Prestige facility, we knew that. We finally decided to move him to the 6 bed home. He had his own room, was assisted with his personal care so nice, good foods. The staff was absolutely wonderful and caring. He was treated with care and dignity. We need to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts as this was a very fine, special man they cared for, our Dad. One regret is that we should have joined Marty and Bings fine home much sooner than we did. Thank you Arayata Memory Care , you are helping with Gods work.

My mother lived at Arayata for over a year. She got excellent care! The residents are treated like family there. All meals are cooked from scratch. They play music that the residents like and have snack times. I didnt have to worry about Moms care while she was there. The people who work there are truly caring.

Caring
The couple who runs Arayata Elderly Care were really nice. The family was great and the owners live there. They spent like 45 minutes with me and my sister, and showed us all around the place. It was a good place, it looked like a home, it was on the smaller side, and thats what it's supposed to be.

We picked Arayata for my mom in particular because its a rather small facility. They have room for six beds, so my mom gets a lot of really personal care. Its pretty much the home environment that she lived in, so it was a much easier transition for her than going into a convalescent hospital or something that looked a little more institutional. We were really impressed with the people who ran the organization because they got my mom back to eating at a normal schedule and were able to accommodate her with her dog, which was really good for her. They also got my mom off of smoking, which she had been doing for 60 years, so were happy about that. They do things in a communal way; they take them out for events down in Lancaster and also to their doctors. Its more of a home environment, and they dont have a big recreational facility or anything like that, but people seemed very happy. Everyone has their separate bedroom, and a shared, large living room and a kitchen, so theres a big communal place for everyone to gather, which promotes community, so my mom bonded right away with the other residents. What I really like is they give my mom the personal attention that she really needs. My sister, my brother, and I are all very happy.
