I moved my mother into Park Regency Assisted Living back in September 2022. I’m sorry to say, she passed away about a month later. In the short period of time she was there, the caregivers, residents and Administrators made her feel at home and cared for her, like she was family. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated everything they did for her as well as our family during that time.

My mother has been at this facility for 10 years. Our family feels my mother is taken care of here. The aides and staff seem to really care about her. I would recommend this facility. I would recommend family members stay involved with their loved one. No facility can take the place of loving family.

Park Regency is a Blessing in more ways than one. Ryan and the staff are very pleasant and its obvious that they are in a good work place. They are friendly and smile often. Like most...I was apprehensive about placing my mom in a home verses keeping her IN HER own home. We tried to do so to grant my parents wishes for as long as we could. Prices are much more affordable here at Park Regency than in home care. My mom who has Alzheimers has a sense of independence and enjoys socializing and participating in activities. It took her 2 weeks to adjust but now she likes it there and is very happy. All of our concerns have been lifted and we can now rest at ease knowing my mom is well taken care of. My mom is 93 and I just lost my Dad to Pancreatic Cancer 1 yr ago September at age who had Dementia. It has been a very tough road but rest assure that you will be satisfied with the care your loved one will receive here.

I highly recommend Park Regency Retirement Center! Ryan is fantastic, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs and concerns. He went above and beyond meeting me there on his day off to give me a tour of the facility. I am so impressed that he knows all the residents names, they obviously know and love him - it is just a warm, caring atmosphere shared by both staff and residents. Julie, the activities director was so kind and welcoming on move-in day, as were the staff who welcomed our loved one to her new home. Amber, their nurse is super kind, easy to talk to, and puts our mind at ease too. It is important to know that the facility is clean and well-kept. We were able to move our loved one into a beautiful room that looks out onto the sunny courtyard garden. She loves the food, shes excited about the Bistro, and is looking forward to participating in the activities there. She is so happy and we are relieved that she is in a wonderful place that she can call home now.

My Mother has been here since June 2019 we have been very happy with this facility, the administration Ryan, Jennifer, Amber are very eager to help in any way!! The caregivers are fantastic all staff are the best, the Food is great they have the best chefs I would recommend this place to everybody!!

Ryan spends ample time during tours to give families all the information they need and answers all their questions with patience and dedication. Ryan was amazing! Professional and even came in to meet with me on his day off! The facility was neat, clean and you could tell they generally cared for their patients! Ryan even called them by their first name. The family ended up agreeing that Park Regency Retirement Center would be my uncles new home and we are planning on moving him in after the first of the year! Oh and they are one of the only assisted living in the area that takes memory care (just a helpful hint)! Good luck in your search everyone!

I have known this community for many years. I was recently impressed with the quality of staff who seem to genuinely care about the residents. Residents seem happy and engaged. Food is good and costs are reasonable.

Just attended an event at this community. As I got to know the staff and other business professionals as well as some of the residents who just so happened to be preforming an rendition of, The Wizard of Oz, for all in attendance. We were all blessed to have enjoyed such great event as this community. It was wonderful time to see these Seniors mixed in with some staff to pull off this small rendition of the play. The Community is lovely, and as mentioned before the staff was very friendly, and the food was amazing, what a spread, Hats off to the Chief. Thanks so much to Ryan and all the staff for your kind invitation to join in at Park Regency for a lovely time, and to mix and mingle as well as to be entertained. I just had an opportunity to visit the Park Regency community in La Habra. My main observation: the residents are HAPPY! There is definitely a fun atmosphere and a good vibe throughout, which cannot always be said for these types of communities. If you are looking at a local assisted living community in the La Habra area it is definitely worth checking out Park Regency (but don't go to the apartments next door which have the same name).

My mother has been a resident at the assisted living area of this facility for over a year now. The staff is genuinely nice and attentive to her needs. This residence is clean, stimulating and engaging.The administration changed recently which was for the betterment. Jennifer has been very helpful and I have run into her on Saturdays. Ryan has been around for a long time is definitely an asset to this organization. While my mother has been there, she has participated in outings and enjoyed the live entertainment brought in house. The residents are welcoming and appear to be content and happy.

Absolutely amazing facility. The staff were so friendly and eager to help and answer multiple questions. The manager Ryan did a magnificent job giving us a tour of the facility and he knew all his tenants by name. This place is a must visit if you are having to make that tough decision to move mom and dad into their next stage of living.

Can there be such a thing as perfection? First, the price is beyond reasonable. At $150-nt, we had a large, comfortable room with caretaker checking in often. The staff is super helpful and kind. There was not a single person that we did not think was extraordinary. And it starts from the top. When I thanked James Vaughn, the head person, he gave all the credit to the workers. Of course I recognize that the caregiver is where the rubber meets the road, but it is clearly James humility that sets the tone of cooperation and giving. The head person of marketing, Ryan, is another outstanding person . He does this because of all the right reasons -- assistance to the sick and the loved ones. When we checked in uncle who was dying, a normal place would have made us sign all the State documents before accepting him. But Ryan took the personal risk of letting us spend our last moments with him, and do the legal stuff only after my uncle passed away. On his days off, Ryan volunteers at other places. His heart is so big it fills the whole room. When I first flew into town from Colorado, my aunt had spent the past 10 days staying all day and night with my uncle, and she was totally exhausted. Yet she wanted someone close to be with him and to support her. There were no more beds, but the Center made a room available to me to spend the night. I cannot thank everybody enough for that and all the details they attended to. And you can bet you will never see this kind of flexibility and service in a large institution, where rules not care dominates the decision making process.
