We let Alex know that were in the market for a new fridge, and she and Ron arranged for one in a very timely manner. Ron did excellent work delivering and installing it himself. A water leak was discovered during the process. He quickly remedied the emergency while also covering his other calls. We are very thankful, especially since he is the only technician on site. We have enjoyed living here the last few years, and Alex, Ron and Ed are a key reasons why.

I have lived at Huntington Terrace North for nearly three months, and I am happy to share that I am so happy I do! The people are friendly; the laundry facilities. & gym are always clean and not overly busy. The common area is great: there's always coffee available, and a large-screen TV it well-appreciated by all. And, every morning there's one or two local papers to sit and read. The very best part of my experience has been the on-site Manager, Erick. He is a gem: available to assist in any way. Erick was beyond helpful when I was applying from out of state. I highly recommend Huntington Terrace North, and would give it 10 stars if allowed.

I was given a tour by Ed and was beyond impressed with his service, presentation and all around friendliness! The property is well maintained & perfectly suited for Independent Living for Seniors. BBQ's, Spa, Open Spaces, Laundry & Gym all add to the charm of the property. Ed makes it that much better!
