My mom has been there since the end of January and I am VERY thankful for the care, love, and support all the staff has given to her. She them very much. They will come by her room to say hi and give her hugs even if she isn't their patient for the day. My grandmother was also a patient there a few years ago. All the staff loved and treated her as family also. She is still talked about. THANK YOU to all of the staff at the Village Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, and Retirement Community, we you all!!

I Love This Place. it's a really clean and really nice facility. The staff is Very Professional. I know this because my wife has actually worked there. My grandmother has actually lived there for a few years and actually passed away there. My mother is actually living there now and is being treated very well. I just want to Thank all the staff that put in all their hard work, time and effort into taking care of each and every individual there, plus my Mother. Yes sometimes things do happen just like anywhere. But So Much More Good then Bad, I guarantee you that! Thanks to The Village Staff From The Trotter Family!!

I've been here for the last 6 weeks and have been treated great. Every nurse and assistant I interacted with was very nice and very helpful. If you ask me they all deserve a raise. Some of the other people here think they're the only patients in the building and get upset when they're not helped immediately. The foods alot better than I expected t

I was a patient at this facility, and I would like to give an update for this insanity based on my experiences this is the last Friday of the year 2023 if you or a loved one, I'm considering being a patient at this facility here are some things to consider based on my experiences I was in the facility from November 20 23 until December 8, 2023 a step on the overall are pretty good the problem wise with the administration OK so Silletti after many years of still having problems the problem still continue I was a valuated for medical treatment by a doctor that I had never been visited by as told by my case manager that this is the practice that doctors do not personally visit the patient but write orders based on LVN evaluation's. I was transferred to this Silletti from a hospital after having a heart surgery and I had low blood pressure and yet the doctor prescribed a blood pressure pill for me without personally visiting me and checking my blood pressure. I was asked to sign financial responsibility papers for this b facility at least one week after going into the facility.

The therapist Maria and Eric were great the nurses were great to I really miss them especially Rosa she became like a sister to me. DOR is RUDE the before my husband decided he was going to bring me home she I front of the Activities person and others told me you can't bring food in here when I been ordering food and she should of told me when I was by myself she really made me feel really bad and and cry she forgot I was a patient and you treat others as you want to be treated she needs to learn to talk to patients better because of us she has a job and the Lord is seeing everything

I have been volunteering at the village for about 2 years. I really enjoy this facility, I always feel welcome. The staff is very polite and caring, especially with the residents.

I recently stayed for approx. 3 weeks, for Rehab due to surgery. The facility is very clean and the food is fairly good. The Nurses are helpful and pleasant. Most of the helpers, are nice and some not very skilled. Very short staffed and overwhelmed at times. Waiting time if requesting assistance is a very long time due to shortage of staff. The Therapist were awesome. They worked me very hard for my own good and it seemed to help me tremendously. I would recommend however bottom line, Need More Skilled Helpers.
