I was asking for the air conditioner that rattled non stop and my bed to be fixed. Three months and the air conditioner never fixed. The bed I was told nothing could be done. The new maintenance supervisor Hai took apart and fixed my air conditioner in no time. My bed he also fixed with no problem. I appreciate it so much. I do know that Hai will fix and can do anything to make us as comfortable as possible.

My mother has been a resident at this facility since SunWest's, and I have had the privilege of working closely with Yulma, the Resident Care Coordinator, who consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication as a caregiver in memory care, often exceeding her scheduled hours and earning recognition as Employee of the Month. Her commitment to the residents is truly commendable. Barbara has exhibited remarkable resilience and dedication during challenging times, providing unwavering support to families and the organization. William, the Maintenance Director, has proven to be highly effective, promptly addressing issues and demonstrating a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of residents. Some of the most exceptional individuals I know are these three employees. As my mother continues to reside here, I am pleased to note that as long as these exceptional managers remain at the Cottages at Hemet, she will continue to receive outstanding care. I highly recommend this facility to everyone in our community.

I’ve been in and out of the Cottages in Hemet for years and have seen it go through different owners. Some of the caregivers have been there a long time, which says a lot. Like anywhere, there are ups and downs. Some people are easy going, while others are overly demanding, but, overall I’ve always seen staff treating the elderly folks with kindness, compassion, and respect. Did i mention love? Bad reviews don’t always tell the whole story. What you don’t get online is the smell of fresh apple pie baking or a plate of spaghetti being served for dinner. My best review advice: stop by and see it for yourself. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Very clean facility. No orders as in some care facilities. Brittney took us on tour of both memory care and assisted living buildings and both were very nice. Residents seem happy, staff very pleasant. Dining room in assisted living area was set for lunch and was beautiful. Tables set with utmost care and inviting to say the least. Only complaint is that the roo s seem a little small, but guess one would still be e able to work with it. Would highly recommend!!

We had my dad stay here in Assisted Living after a hospital stay for a couple months and we could not be happier. The staff is amazing! My mom is on the memory care unit, the staff seem very good but I notice that her bathroom is always dirty and the toilet not clean, the last time I was there the toilet had a full size pad floating in it and as you walk into her room the floor was filthy dirty I mean very dirty.

Pacifica helped me be able to relocate my mom during her health and mental crisis. My my was unfairly treated at a local rehab location and transferred to an unsafe location by them. Pacifica helped me with the steps to move my mom to the Pacifica Hemet location, where she has been treated with care and dignity. A Place for Mom website directed us to Pacifica Senior Living in Hemet while searching online recently for top quality senior living homes. After reading Pacifica’s reviews, we decided to schedule a visit to the facility. Annette Harris, Concierge, greeted us with her charisma and friendly welcoming smile. After giving us fresh-baked cookies, she walked us around the well-groomed park-like community and showed us a very nice and spacious 1 bedroom unit in the Cedar building. My dad was impressed and decided to put a deposit right then. He liked the location of his room being right next to the dining room, and the back door to the yard is nearby to take his dog out. The friendly staff and exceptional resident services also made an impression. Executive Director, Marc Pacia’s professionalism was well-noted in that he was prompt in responding to questions and quick to address and resolve any concerns. He diligently returned our calls and was very sensitive and intuitive in responding to my father’s move-in and caregiving needs. His exceptional customer service and accommodating staff have made my father’s move-in a pleasurable experience. Marc made every effort to ensure that my father was comfortable and at ease in his new place. He was attentive to my father’s social nature and introduced him to several others to make him feel more comfortable. Marc and his outstanding staff are a leading standard of customer service that should be acclaimed in the senior living communities! We recently had to move my wife's Aunt into memory care on short notice. Marc Pacia, the executive director was awesome to work with. We have a difficult family situation right now, and Marc went out of his way to facilitate a smooth move in for our Aunt. Dawn, the Memory Care manager was amazing as well. How can I begin? To explain and to express the gratitude And amazing experience we have had with Pacifica senior living in hemet. Working with Annette and Mark has been one of the most Blessed experience for my family and I. During these difficult decisions they honestly made us feel like family. My 94 year old Mom has been living at Pacifica for about a year. We feel very comfortable having her in residnce there.She is happy there. We visit weekly and when we do we're always greeted warmly, and the friendly staff knows us by name. The care staff is kind to Mom and seems to meet her needs. They serve meals appropriate for all the residents. The facility is maintainaned well and doesn't smell like others we've visited. They give and arrange for medications and specific care needs on our behalf.

Placed my mother-in-law here last fall. They've been exceptionally kind to her and make sure that she stays active and enjoys the social events and programs that they have at the facility. Being a retired minister they have allowed her to hold regular church services. She has made many new friends in a social group and Love's the luncheons and other outings that they have been able to share with her. For instance they took the bus out and went on a Christmas light tour. Jessica and Syd have gone above and beyond to support her. Beautician comes weekly to do her hair and nails which is an extra the light she can enjoy each. The front office staff know her personally and have regular. They engage with the residents and the staff to ensure everything's running smoothly. Diedre was my lifeline when she first arrived and is never more than a text away if I need her. I'm so very happy that my mother-in-law has found a new home with Pacifica.

The omelette, biscuits and gravy and waffles with strawberries and fried chicken. It was a real treat for us all. My husband and I are so happy with the care our family member is receiving at Pacifica. It was a difficult decision to make in transitioning him to assisted living, but it was necessary. He is loving the staff (he definitely has his favorites) and there are many activities he can be involved in. Mostly he just enjoys visiting with others. The facility is so nice, homey & beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious and clean. I was very appreciative of Marc explaining the process and making it all go smoothly. Deidre is caring and concerned about our experience. I had such a nice chat with Syd in our family members building. It brought tears to my eyes that she has learned his personality and understands what helps him. It was so sweet and I knew he was in the right place! I highly recommend.

Pacifica is one of my favorite places to visit and serve as when you walk in, you are instantly welcomed by friendly faces. It is warm and inviting and you can tell the staff take pride in their community. I have attended many special events and the residents are clearly happy and thriving! If my loved one needed any of the levels of care they offer, I would sleep very well at night knowing my loved one was at their community.

We moved my mother into assisted living three months ago. My sister and I toured the facility and met with staff to determine the amenities and care necessary. Having been promised what was needed we moved her into a one bedroom apartment. For the past month we have had nothing but complaints from mom. Since we live out of state we must rely on what she tells us. Granted this is a very stubborn 98 yr. old woman but the concerns seem to be those voiced by a number of residents. The staff is great but the facility is without a doubt short staffed. There are four on duty for some thirty residents. Seniors are forced to sit on the bathroom stools for as much as 20 minutes before someone returns. Staff simply cannot keep up with demands. The biggest problem is the food and it continues to get worse. Apparently the meals come from the facilities main dining room located across from independent living. By the time it gets delivered to the assisted living it is always cold. I know seniors can be difficult but these are two areas which we should not have to worry about. Right now moms care is $7,000 per month, an amount which would be acceptable were she not so unhappy. We chose Brookdale for safety, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Seniors will not take it upon themselves to address the problems so I felt I needed to bring this to your attention
