Our senior residents have a variety of choices when it comes to apartments. Our community offers studio, private and semi-private units. Each one has a living area, and private bath. Our staff works hard to maintain our principles and preserve the dignity of our senior residents from Fullerton. We encourage independence and celebrate the independence of our residents. Park Vista meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

Staff is friendly and fabulous, facility is very clean. Food is very good. My Mom was only here for 10 days of rehabilitation but if we need to do something like this again, this facility will be our first choice.

When I arrived at Park Vista I was barely able to stand by myself. But with the help of the staff of therapists I was able to walk laps and care for myself when I left 16 days later. The food was delicious and helped me gain back weight I had lost. Kudos to the kind, funny, & compassionate nurses and staff!

One of the best in business with a caring team. The social services team has some very caring staff that help families with their loved ones. They have been very successful keeping their residents and staff safe during the pandemic which is very rare and possibly one of the very few facilities completely clear from outbreaks which is amazing.

Our father was in St. Jude. He needed to go to a skilled nursing facility. We toured and chose Park Vista in Fullerton. Park Vista is extremely clean, beatifully decorated, it looks and feels very homey, the food is very good and the residents that can get around eat in a beautiful dining room. There is never any odors or people in wheelchairs sitting in the hallways sleeping.We have been amazed at how well our father has been taken care of. The staff are amazingly attentive. They have activities after activities that all resident can attend if they choose to. There are always alot of residents who attend. The staff at Park Vista treats not just there bodies, but also there minds. We could not ask for a better skilled nursing facility. Our father is very happy being there. We thank the staff and the owners. Great job!

The people here love my grandma and take great care of her. Watch out though...they seem to have misplaced her good jewellery!

The staff works super hard and love the residents. My mom has been living there since 2014 (from Morningside where she had been living since 2001) and has enjoyed every minute of it! We almost lost her a couple of times but the dedication and caring of the staff is what brought her back. She will be 93 in October and I am sure will continue in the bonny health she has enjoyed at Park Vista.

My 96 year old father has lived at Morningside for years and in February moved to Park Vista. The staff have been exceptional in caring for him and caring about him. The CNAs, who spend the most time with him, are wonderful. The nursing staff are kind and skilled. The cleaning staff keep his room spotless. One physical therapy staff member has befriended him and make us feel like there is a person who is watching out for him. Activities has worked to meet his needs. Social services has assisted with special needs. The executive director has reached out to me several times.
