Kingston Bay is very clean and nice. My mom stayed for a 2 week respite. She did have a fall the first day, glasses went missing the first day. But she was well taken care of, clean and happy. The staff made quick adjustments after her fall to ensure it would not happen again. I would appreciate better communication from staff, but overall, I would definitely arrange for her to stay again. The staff celebrated her birthday with a special glamour photo and invited her friends into a special room for the party. Very nice! Thank you for keeping her safe.

The Kingston Bay team is the best. My mother needed specialized senior care, which ended up turning into a short term hospice stay in a respite room. The staff were most accommodating/understanding of our difficult situation. Very professional operation with a cozy environment.

My grandmother lived at Kingston Bay for a time, and our whole family loved the facility. The staff was always warm and welcoming, they were always ready to help, and gave my grandmother the best care. My grandmother for years said she didn’t want to live in assisted living, but after finding Kingston Bay her mind was changed. She enjoyed the daily interaction with the other residents, the arts and crafts, the small theater room that showed classic movies, and most of all the meals. She felt loved and like everyone cared as they even learned her preferences for breakfast everyday. I simply cannot put into words just how grateful I and my family are for the great facility and staff at Kingston Bay.

Kingston Bay is a wonderful senior living community. The facility is clean and beautiful decorated with a peaceful ambiance. There are various daily activities the residents can do if they wish, a beautiful dinning room to dine in if they desire, and many areas through the residential facility to relax, read, write, chat, walk around, or spend time with friends or family members. I would definitely recommend Kingston Bay to anyone who is looking to place their dear beloved parent or family member. My brother and I are grateful to know our mother is safe. No more six-hour round trips to the Bayarea to help her with her daily needs. We are now just a few minutes away from our mother. We can relax our minds when we are at work or at our own homes, knowing she's in good care. .

Hi. This is a wonderful place. We moved my mother there in November 2024. She completed her rehab in another facility and we had to move her quickly. Kingston was able to coordinate the moved quickly and efficiently. The place is nice and clean and well kept and the staff is amazing. If I am ever in a need for another family member, this is the place to be.

I toured this facility multiple times for a family member needing assisted care and memory care now. I wanted to move in myself! What a resort! Leah is exceptional and made me feel so comfortable!

If you have the chance to take a tour of this lovely facility, I highly recommend it. The rooms are nicely appointed, the grounds are lovely, and the social areas are cozy and comfortable. The staff really care about their residents. If you follow social media, you can see the unique and fun events and outings that are offered. I especially love the classical concerts in the summer.

I havw been living at Kingston bay for almost 5 years and since the new management Agemark has taken over it has been gotten really bad missed showers waiting for caregivers for 1 hournot enough staff the sales person is the hallways are filled with residents who are lost1 caregiver for 80 residents is simply not enough the food used to be exceptional but now it’s barely adequate getnyou act together agwmark!

My elderly mother has been a resident here for a little over a year, and I visit her almost every day. The staff are warm and friendly, and have obviously dealt with seniors in various physical and mental states; I feel like my Mom is safe and in good hands. She had a fall recently, and I was contacted immediately, as were EMTs. Fortunately there was no serious problem, and I appreciated the professional way things were handled. Mom's rooms are clean and she has been able to decorate them with family pictures and other familiar items. She prefers to dine in her room, and she gets more than enough to eat. She also has her meds delivered by the staff which is good due to her short-term memory lapses. All in all I feel like Kingston Bay is doing a good job.

My Dad has been at Kingston Bay for over two years. This year 2022 I have seen a huge difference in the Memory Care facility side. In the past my dad was falling monthly, hitting his head, getting staples in his head from a terrible laceration, breaking his nose from falling, fracturing his knee from falling, etc. He made over 7 trips to the ER. I was close to pulling him out of Kingston Bay. My opinion was that there wasn't enough staff to watch all the residents AND maybe staff wasn't trained correctly either. This year we have seen a huge improvement in my dad's care. Thank God. The Med-Techs are awesome (always have been) and the CNRs are caring, helpful and friendly. The facility smells cleaner too and my Dad smells better too when we visit him. His room smells better also. I appreciate all the changes and hope they continue to stay positive. I know the staff has a very difficult job especially in memory care. I appreciate all that they do. Thank you for keeping my dad safe in our absence.

The staff and facilities are very good. My only hiccup has been that the system has my phone number associated with My mother’s name. Charmaine Fitzgerald is your resident. I am Catherine Fitzgerald, her daughter. Recently, her grandson visited and his name tag also printed with his grandmother’s name instead of his- despite using his own cell number to log in for the first time to visit her. The staff is aware and have not been able to fix it despite multiple attempts. Also, my mom’s been waiting for nearly a month for her bedroom curtain rod to be installed. Overall, a wonderful place with caring staff!

They take care of the household things but they should have more to do. The employees are verry good and nice. The food is pretty good but I don't understand how they run out of things. When you see your getting low you order more. also when they list activities for a certain time have it at that time like games and social things.

I've been touring several senior living facilities in Fresno in preparation for my mother who will need care. Usually the tours have been around 30 minutes each. The other day I took a tour at Kingston Bay with Leah Cota and I was very impressed how she took the time to listen to my needs. We must have talked for over and hour. The tour of the facility was quite nice and I will be signing up with Kingston Bay in the near future.

My parents moved to a Kingston Bay a few months ago. Their experience has been a positive one. Their room is comfortable and bright. Their care has been good. The caregiver Breanna, has been a favorite. There is a good variety of food. The place is well maintained. From my point of view, communication, especially with Lai, Melissa, and Leah, has been excellent. They are all very responsive and helpful, and get things done in a timely manner. My dad passed this week and I found all the staff to be very caring and helpful. They even sent a beautiful bouquet. We have found the price point to be fair, specifically in comparison to other assisted living options locally. We are happy they made the move to Kingston Bay.

The staff here at Kingston Bay was able to take away my pain and make my worry's go away. I credit that to Li, Leah, and staff as they understand the importance of customer satisfaction, meeting the customer's needs and continue on making my mom feel right at home and comfortable. Every employee I have met at Kingston Bay has been outstanding. While moving my father-in-law there, I met four administrators, Traci, Randi, Kimberly and Jarrett (I'm probably spelling all their names wrong.). They are all extremely nice and smart and a pleasure to work with. The staff are wonderful, too. I have met a waitress in the dining room, a maintenance man, two healthcare workers, two receptionists, a laundry lady and a couple of others. Every one of them is far above average in terms of attitude and effort. The physical surroundings are also exceptional. It's all new and pretty and bright. I wholeheartedly recommend Kingston Bay. Family member has been there for just over 2 weeks. Staff seems to care somewhat about the residents, however, I have had nothing but negative impression of management. Director of facility ignores my phone calls for 3.5 days. I give up on her. Lots of lip service from the management. Tiresome run around. If I had where-with-all or ability I would move the family member after only 2 weeks. They'd probably be happy to see us go too.

My most favorite experience was with Samantha Watson sales and Marketing Director she was very professional and courteous. I love this assisted living facility the staff is very friendly and the food is great.I recommend this place for the elderly or disabled there very accommodating to the residents. So far, so good. My aunt seems happy with the food and accommodations. Everyone seems friendly from the aides to the management, and they have kept informed of any issues. We hope this will be her final stop and that even as her health issues increase, the staff will be able to make her comfortable.

Beautiful place to call home. I have been at Kingston Bay many times to visit. I know they got off to a rough start but now with the right team they are soaring. I appreciate the great care , food and the Executive Director Armando. He has always been professional and has really taken Kingston Bay to the next level. His compassion and concern for not only the residents but his staff as well is unmatched.

Our family was blessed and fortunate to have my Dad in Kingston Bay for a short while. The staff and facilities are exceptional! We loved working with Pamela, and the head nurse Tim. The food was also outstanding! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone, even your most precious loved ones!
