My elderly mother has been a resident here for a little over a year, and I visit her almost every day. The staff are warm and friendly, and have obviously dealt with seniors in various physical and mental states; I feel like my Mom is safe and in good hands. She had a fall recently, and I was contacted immediately, as were EMTs. Fortunately there was no serious problem, and I appreciated the professional way things were handled. Mom's rooms are clean and she has been able to decorate them with family pictures and other familiar items. She prefers to dine in her room, and she gets more than enough to eat. She also has her meds delivered by the staff which is good due to her short-term memory lapses. All in all I feel like Kingston Bay is doing a good job.

My Dad has been at Kingston Bay for over two years. This year 2022 I have seen a huge difference in the Memory Care facility side. In the past my dad was falling monthly, hitting his head, getting staples in his head from a terrible laceration, breaking his nose from falling, fracturing his knee from falling, etc. He made over 7 trips to the ER. I was close to pulling him out of Kingston Bay. My opinion was that there wasn't enough staff to watch all the residents AND maybe staff wasn't trained correctly either. This year we have seen a huge improvement in my dad's care. Thank God. The Med-Techs are awesome (always have been) and the CNRs are caring, helpful and friendly. The facility smells cleaner too and my Dad smells better too when we visit him. His room smells better also. I appreciate all the changes and hope they continue to stay positive. I know the staff has a very difficult job especially in memory care. I appreciate all that they do. Thank you for keeping my dad safe in our absence.

Every employee I have met at Kingston Bay has been outstanding. While moving my father-in-law there, I met four administrators, Traci, Randi, Kimberly and Jarrett (Im probably spelling all their names wrong.). They are all extremely nice and smart and a pleasure to work with. The staff are wonderful, too. I have met a waitress in the dining room, a maintenance man, two healthcare workers, two receptionists, a laundry lady and a couple of others. Every one of them is far above average in terms of attitude and effort. The physical surroundings are also exceptional. Its all new and pretty and bright. I wholeheartedly recommend Kingston Bay. My posts seem to just say a Google user, but I am happy to give my name: Muir Matteson

So far, so good. My aunt seems happy with the food and accommodations. Everyone seems friendly from the aides to the management, and they have kept informed of any issues. We hope this will be her final stop and that even as her health issues increase, the staff will be able to make her comfortable.

My most favorite experience was with Samantha Watson sales and Marketing Director she was very professional and courteous. I love this assisted living facility the staff is very friendly and the food is great.I recommend this place for the elderly or disabled there very accommodating to the residents. Beautiful place to call home. I have been at Kingston Bay many times to visit. I know they got off to a rough start but now with the right team they are soaring. I appreciate the great care , food and the Executive Director Armando. He has always been professional and has really taken Kingston Bay to the next level. His compassion and concern for not only the residents but his staff as well is unmatched.

My sister is staying here and She likes it real well. The facility is beautiful. The staff is kind and efficient. There are plenty of activities for the residents. When I visited they had a singerpianist there - very good! I recommend Kingston Bay highly.

I worked here its first year and it is a swell community! They go above and beyond for their residents and always make sure to put them first. The food is AMAZING, and also, its tucked in the back of a peaceful neighborhood so its nice and quiet. Definitely the right pick for a loved one

Our family was blessed and fortunate to have my Dad in Kingston Bay for a short while. The staff and facilities are exceptional! We loved working with Pamela, and the head nurse Tim. The food was also outstanding! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone, even your most precious loved ones! These people care and they perform their duties with an above and beyond work ethic and attitude..
