My mom moved into Fairwinds in January, 2023. Everything has been wonderful. She is really enjoying her studio apartment. She is 97 years old. She loves the activities offered like Line Dancing, Stretching Classes, and Spanish Class. They are on top of her health issues and notify her doctor and myself when she needs attention.

I’m very glad my mom has an apartment here. The facilities are clean and the grounds are very well kept. The residents are nice and outgoing which almost always means the main lobby area is a hub of activity. The staff is very friendly and outgoing too- always smiling, always trying to help in whatever way they can, and I’m glad to know many of them on a first name basis. There is definitely a family atmosphere here. Last but certainly not least, the grounds are lush with old growth trees accented by well manicured lawns. It’s absolutely beautiful!

I have worked at this place for 3 years, and the staff is amazing! Very helpful, very kind and are easy to talk to. The residents are also sweet and are great people overall! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for their parents, it definitely is the best one in Fresno. Three cooked meals a day are included in this package, including assisted living, activities, movie theater, library, courtyard area, gym, and also a pool. Great management, health and wellness, sales team, and maintenance, and a very fun/nice place to have a job at. You can be assured your parents will be in great hands if you put them in Fairwinds Woodward Park!

The facility is very nice, as well as the residents. The one thing I believe needs improvement is in the dining room. The food is average, very often cold, and the service is very slow. And the selection of menu items is getting to be less and less. And now we are being charged for food items that were once free of charge.

We moved into Fairwinds 8 months ago and have been extremely pleased with our experience. We were pleasantly surpised by the comfort of our apartment in that the temperature has never gone below the low seventies and that without using the heating system. Also, soundproofing is excellent as we have not experienced any disturbance from adjoining apartments. In spite of the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, Fairwinds staff have done their very best to provide excellent service.

I was there to see a client. The resident had fallen after a surgical procedure and the family wanted him to have more care. This seems like a very nice place for active seniors.

My mother in her mid 80's lived and more importantly, thrived at the Fairwinds Woodward Park for over 6 years. Due to declining health and need for more support with her daily needs, it necessitated the move from her home of nearly 50 years. Health issues along with the move away from familiar surroundings were traumatic for her but the staff and atmosphere uplifted her spirits and I truly believe added many quality years to her life. Highly recommend

My mom has been a resident here for the last 3 years. It has been a great experience for her, with a friendly, diverse, and supportive community. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. Their restaurant serves great meals and they have great holiday events, perfect for families. Bingo, tai chi, exercise classes, movie theater, and on-site beauty salon are all available. They provide transportation to local shopping, hospitals, banks, and casinos, as well as some great excursions to San Francisco, Monterey, and others. All in all, a wonderful place.

From explaining all the features and benefits of all the floor plans that Fairwinds has to offer to the 'Swimming Pool' for exercise and the great dining experience that occurs daily my Mother In Law is happy again with her life. I teach Chair Yoga at Fairwinds and am always impressed by the friendly and caring environment and the people who work there. I especially enjoy working with the yoga group of residents. They are motivated and a delight to practice with.

It's an amazing place my Mom lived in for almost 4 years. Our entire family enjoyed it. The many restaurant meals, the great assisted living services, the way they went out of their way for Mom & our family.., all was over & above most places! Each apartment is adorable & housekeeping keeps it nice. Out of town guests even stayed in a suite (breakfast included) for a very reasonable fee. I love this place!

This has been quite a process for us and Lisa and Isaac have made that so easy. My mother is going to live in this beautiful community and enjoy her time more fully with activities, exercise and hopefully new friends. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is one of happiness. Her apartment is beautiful and safe.
