The two bedroom apartment has an excellent floor plan. The counters in the kitchen and bathrooms are high-quality. The cabinet space and drawer space in the kitchen and bathrooms is excellent. The soft closing drawers and cabinets is thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The management staff and maintenance staff are welcoming and professional. I highly recommend the Orchard apartments!

it's supposed to be a senior living apartment complex. it's not that. the apartments are too small for the price they are charging. I don't understand why they have locked gates at the entrance when anyone could get in.

Update #5! Yes, all teams were great but what this property needed the most was a Consistent Team. Rosie and her team have added great activities for us. All team members participate with smiles while keeping their busy work schedules. Improvements continue while keeping a good team in place. I've lived here for 8 years and I recommend now more than ever UPDATE! If your looking for a senior APT.... I recommend the Orchard Senior 10/5/2021 I'm still giving a 5 stars! The "Team Veronica" has gone above and beyond to try and get this property to its full potential. The dedication this team has shown has touched my heart. The clean up in ALL aspects of managing this property is monumental and will take time. It's already a huge improvement. Still love my APT! I love my APT! Christie is doing an excellent job... Finally security cameras and hopefully as soon as parking is fixed.. Her team is working on it‘‘ Yay! Update # 2 September 2022 Lillian came back and built her team. Yay! Yay! Yay! With a normal ran business office, we hadn't had that for some time. All are super helpful and always pleasant. There is a monthly calendar with activities that the staff hosts. Improvements continue throughout the property. Great for seniors. Parking needs improvements

Ive lived here for many years and I’m very we grateful for the new staff they really made a difference here and I can’t thank them enough. Bryan is always so helpful whenever I need help and makes sure im ok. Rosie ,Shelby and Jaime are amazing too and have made life here so comfortable. I’m truly blessed thank you guys!!!

I have found Orchards to be a wonderful place to live. It is friendly (!!), quiet, and clean, with a beautiful lawn, walking area(s) and community room. The Leasing Office staff is exceptional. They are super-friendly and professional, starting with Rosie, the manager, along with Shelby, asst mgr., and leasing agents Bryan and Jaime. One cannot possibly find a nice place, with nicer people.

The staff at The Orchard Apartments were very easy to talk with. They welcomed me with open arms. They also helped and worked with me step by step through the application process. They went out of their way and worked hard to help me get housed in one of their units. Lots of praise goes to Jaime but, mostly to Bryan who really worked hard to make this happen on such short notice. Thank you to all and to Rosalyn for your unwavering support. Thank you so much. I’ve lived here at the orchards for the past 3 years and love it. From the office staff and maintenance team they have all been wonderful. Bryan is always helpful and takes time to go above and beyond for all the resident.

My mother has been living here for the past 3 years. The new manager, Lillian, and new office team is doing an amazing job. She has calendar with activities for the residents, something that had not been done by any previous managers. Lillian knows the majority of the residents by name which is quite impressive since she has so many. Her office staff is great too! Liz and Grace have helped my mom on several occassions and do not hesitate to go above and beyond for her or others. The maintenance team is great and their new porter is doing a great job keeping the property clean. I've only spoken to Michael a few times, but he has been so helpful with my questions regarding parking and other things going on in the community. I am excited to finally see a team that cares for their residents!

The young lady in the office "Courtney Smith" is the best ..... she's very professional and efficient. Whenever anyone has a problem in the apartment or whatever situation.....she's on it.....No long waiting days or weeks to get the situation/issue with the apartment or paper work needed. I went with my friend to visit her grandma and I thought the place was very nice and it was clean .We walked around and there is many places to sit and they have a dog park.

I have gone there 2 times lately to visit a friend and I believe it's a nice place, very clean. Ofcourse right now with covid 19 many common places are closed for gatherings, but other than that they have many siting areas outdoors and even a cute dog park. I saw people sitting and talking outside and thought it was nice. I would definetly live here some day when I reach my 55 years of age. .

I like the pool,it is very clean the pool is accommodated for elderly people 4ft being the deepest. And it has a gate for security! They have trash cans everywhere which is convenient to keep the place clean,hallways smell very clean! Stores,Restaurants and pharmacy's all within walking distance or a short drive,Wal-Mart right across the street! Overall really nice place to live.

We been here 2 years this property has recently changed hands. The new owners have abolished assigned parking and my husband along with many other tenants are handicapped with difficulty walk. We are required to pay $35.00 to park on the lot with no assigned parking. We feel like this is and injustice and just plain wrong. God is looking at all the wrong being done.

I don't know why I'm doing this again cause nothing changes around here. This place STINKS!!!! Why would you put carpet in a hallway that your never going to shampoo. Take out the carpet and put that cheap fake wooden flooring. This place rent is way to high. We're seniors on fixed income. Trust me I've been looking for other places that rent is just as high but at least I'd have a full kitchen instead of a kitchenette. I don't need a response telling me to talk to my manager, isn't it your job to check on them

Lived here 4 months now. Our elevator is CONSTANTLY OUT!! #89. I spoke to one of the repair guys and he told me it needs a complete overhaul. A police officer got stuck in there. They redid the inside, but never did a overhaul. It broke down again...this past weekend. Window seal in stairwell has termite damage.STILL. YESTERDAY, one of the gals came outside and told my mom to move from a sitting area so the lawn guys can clean. My mom can't move without assistance....she had to get up and move without help. My mom just got out of the hospital!!! Let me inform you, you clean around every resident, we are the ones who pay YUGE money to live here. YOU ARE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL RESIDENTS. YOU WORK AROUND US....NOT US AROUND YOU. This place is NOT safe for the elderly.
