Recently had to move my relative from here. Short staffed, non attentive. Lots of changes, bad communication. Moved my relative to a new facility and now they are thriving, not left in room all day. Highly not recommended.

My mother is in memory care and had been there for 4 years already. The staff is very caring and friendly to all the residents. They have parties and do crafts. There is always music playing, dancing and games to be played. The residents feel that the staff are their friends and not just workers. I would highly recommend this home for your loved ones.

My parents moved in February and so far it has been great for them. Management and staff continue to work with us in making this new experience work well for our family. And they have the best team working for the residents- Tracy, Allie, Stephanie, Karina and the caring nurses and aides. So professional and friendly ! So glad we found this place!

My mother has been in memory care for about two months and had been in assisted living for about five months prior and I can say that the staff and facilities are excellent. I have to give special acknowledgement to the administrative leadership there as they have been extremely attentive and very very focused on the comfort and safety of my mom. She's 80 and has rapidly (over a year) gotten to the point where she no longer can live on her own due to memory diminishment. The team there is hands on and provides significant amount of interaction so that my mom and the other residents are actively engaged. The actual building and environment is very clean, modern and well maintained and the surroundings are very scenic. We've been very grateful to the team there for making a very hard, difficult experience less traumatic and painful by being so flexible, accommodating and - well just plain nice. I highly endorse and recommend Emeritus Rancho Solano.

I've lived here 2 years this month and it's been a very pleasant experience. I have a very comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor with a view of the vineyards, Mt. Diablo in the distance and a grammer school across the street. The school is far enough away that I don't hear the noise of the children laughing and playing, but I enjoy watching them play. I've found many people that I'm comfortable eating meals with, relaxing with and I found a few people I enjoy playing bridge with! There's a tendency for people to complain about the food, but I've never had a bad meal. We're offered 2 entrees at lunch and dinner and if neither one turns us on, there'a an alternative menu of sandwiches, salads, etc. I think the food's good and the dining staff tries very hard to please us and they do. And they're gracious and helpful. The facility and our apartments are kept clean and I think the environment is very attractive. My guests also say that when they come. The grounds are always kept beautifully manicured.

Beautiful Community at the foothills of Rancho Solano. This is clearly the lap of Assisted Living Luxury. After my many visits my favorite CNA is always Tanya Cotton. She is friendly, knowledgeable and did everything to make us feel welcome on our tour

My 93 year old mother has been at Emeritus for about a year and a half. She loves it and I do think she is getting younger. The staff is so attentive and my mom has her own apartment, but she has made so many friends and is blooming! We live up the road in Rancho Solano, so it is so convenient for us to visit and you couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting! Thanks!
