A Place For Mom
I am very pleased with how things are going so far at this community for my mother. With the help of the staff and other residents she has really made a smooth transition into her new living environment. She has had no complaints about the meals and has enjoyed participating in a few of the activities with the other ladies. Overall we are happy and would recommend this place to anyone.

This review is actually for Fairview Comfort Home 3 on 5248 Etruscan Drive in Fairfield, CA. I moved my mother who suffers from dementia from a much larger Memory Care facility that is under new management to this wonderful residential home care facility. The staff at FCH3 is warm, caring, hard working and experienced. The ratio of caregivers to residents is 2:6, which is much better than the 2:15 at her previous facility. My mother arrived with bedsores and a fear of being touched. In a short period of time, her bedsores are healing, and she genuinely seems at ease in her new room. The staff serves healthy and delicious meals (I know; I tasted their lunches), and they spend a lot of time ensuring that the rooms and common areas are spotless. Pat is the manager, and she is a joy to be around. She understands the home care business very well, and she displays true compassion toward each resident. I could not be happier with this quiet comfortable home for my loved one.

My visit was actually to a second facility on Etruscan Drive off of [Removed]. The facility is spacious clean and well maintained. Pat is a wonderful host and my visit was quite informative. My only issue with the property is its location which is in the southwest corner of Fairfield which is the only reason why it did not receive five stars.

Was met by Pat the owner, ever nice, knowledgable, ease to work with. The two live in caregivers understand the needs if the residents and have work with us to insure our Dad has everything he needs. Home is impeccably clean and will taking care of.
