I think they are doing a fine job. They are kind and friendly. It is a nice, clean place and there is no odor. They have to feed my husband and they are very kind when they are doing that. I don't have any complaints. The other facility he was at was very poor so I'm quite happy with this facility.

The caregivers at Redwood R&R are loving and skilled. I am a Home Health nurse and enjoy visiting my clients here because they receive such excellent care in a lovely home.

Redwood R and R is a board and care home that can accommodate about 10 residents. Staff members are very attentive and caring, which means a lot to our family. My mother-in-law has level 2 memory issues and this community offers a variety of care to different levels of issues. Due to an unfortunate situation with a prior caretaker, we had to find a community that was suitable within a very short time frame. We toured this community on a Sunday and Redwood R & R enabled a move in on the following Tuesday. Since my mother-in-law has been there (for about 2 months) she has been very happy. She loves the food and the meals are freshly prepared every day. Family members have been asked to join and share meals, but we haven't so far. Since she's been there, she's gained some weight, which is a good thing. Transportation is available if necessary and we live about 3 miles away. This allows visitation often and the community is open to us dropping by when we're in the neighborhood. We are very happy with the choice of Redwood R & R and my mother-in-law has been very happy there.

I have my mom in this facility and absolutely ADORE the staff. I am always greeted with with a smile and relevant information regarding my mom. My mom absolutely adores the staff and loves the food. Staff are well trained and willing to do whatever it takes to make my mom comfortable. My mom's health has declined within the past few months and I would not want her cares for by anyone else. The owner is sweet and kind with a lot of knowledge - she comes to visit my mom and has meaning full visits. She has hired an amazing Administrator that takes care if everything timely and professionally. What I cannot say enough about, is that the staff genuinely love my mom and it shows in their actions. Could not ask for anything more!
