I have lived at the Grand Rose Apartments for 2 years now. It has honestly been the best experience ever! The apartments are so clean. I have a one bedroom but it is so spacious and has a backyard space! The apartment manager is so great, she is helpful and will help you with anything you need! The whole complex is one story, which has been amazing! There is awesome courtyards where you can sit, play soccer, and even play with your dog. The laundry room has huge washers and dryers and makes laundry day easy. All my neighbors are so nice and never noisy. If you want a calm nice place to live the Grand Rose is highly recommended!!

Great environment, overall o have lived in this community for over 10 years now, no issues , neighbors aren't noisy , maintenance crew always responds right away. Property manager is very professional always on top of things. Hard to find all this combo in another place and don't plan on moving out

I have lived here for many years and I have never had cockroaches. There are few apartments that are this clean. If the Manager is not in the office, she is always available by phone at any time of the day or night. She even gives her personal number so they can locate her. He always helps everyone in any way he can. She is always on top of everything. People who have cockroaches are why they don't clean their house. The laundry room is always clean and I have never seen a cockroach there. I do recommend these apartments.

I've lived at Grand Rose for over 2 years now almost three years, and it's been a nice experience. I love that the property is gated, is quite and well maintained, all the units have a spacious backyard plus is a pet friendly community! Manager Cristina is very professional and helpful. Best experience I've had, we love this place!

Absolutely recommend living at The Grand Rose Apartments! It is clean, well maintained complex inside and out. Office staff, Christina and the maintenance crew are exceptional and super helpful when in need. They make sure that your needs and repairs are done in a timely manner. Apartments are gated and it definitely makes you feel safe at all times. Laundry mat is clean and open 24/7, a huge plus for us working mothers! I've lived here for almost 6 years and not planning on moving out anytime soon. Love it, check it out!!

Been living here for 11 years, the whole time living here I always felt safe and comfortable, I love the fact these apartments homes are one story, and close to shopping centers, I have a great deal of respect for the owner and management of this property, the maintenance staff always does a good job, and overall their professionalism and care for their tenants is greatly appreciated

I lived at the grand rose apartments for 7 year's and my experience was beautiful, I was very happy living in my apartment, it is safe and clean it felt like home, I also liked our laundry room since the machines are great, the manager Cristina is wonderful and very friendly always ready to help, Javier and his team of maintenance were always ready to help too, they always fixed everything in my apartment quickly and very professionally, I have nothing but great things to say about the Grand Rose apartments and all it's staff, I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe and wonderful place to live and raise a family, I will really miss the Grand Rose apartment homes.

Hello, I am going into my third year living at the Grand Rose apartments and I love it!!!! The manager is very responsive, friendly, and always eager to assist. Also, I want to mention the maintenance staff was the same, friendly and helpful. When I moved in the apt. was clean and ready for me. The layout was perfect for me and my family. When I would send a maintenance request, it was always taken care of right away. I have lived in this area for years and never wrote a review ~ not that they didn't deserve one ~ but everything was just "ok". I give the highest rating to the Grand Rose apartments along with their staff. Great job everyone!!!

The best place to live!!! Cristina the manager always nice and sweet at the first time I had a problem with something Javier the maintenance was there to help no matter what time!! I was a resident for 6 years. I lived very happy. The best place where I lived there. Comfortable with a patio, I never had a problem with insects like in other places. Good neighbors. Living here has been such an amazing time. The fact that there are no roaches , it is a very clean complex and the people are friendly. The laundry room is always very clean and opened 24 hours which is a very helpful thing. The only problem is that my kids always want to spend money at the vending machines with the snacks and drinks hahah. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone because over all it is an amazing place.

Ive lived at the grand rose for over 4 years. I love this community. It has been amazing to live here and raise my children. The owner and management do an outstanding job creating a safe environment for young families. Not only are the improvements that theyve made to the community spaces beautiful but the units themselves are great too. Lots of storage. Another reason i love the unit is because there is no upstairs neighbors and the back patio is big enough for my kids to have an outdoor play house. The manager cristina makes it a priority to get to know the families and is super friendly.

The apartment complex is a safe and clean place to live. I'm going on my second year living here with my family. I got a lot of recommendations from these apartments when I was searching for apartments and don't regret applying here. I am a mother to two young children and with it being a gated community I feel safe. The laundry mat is open 24 hours which is great and whenever there is something I need fixing i communicate with Cristina and maintenance crew and we all get it resolved right away. Cristina is a very welcoming and organized manager, thank you.
