I had the honor of offering a workshop for the caregivers at Whole Life Home Health Care earlier this year. Even after a long day at their jobs, they all eagerly listened to what I had to say and participated in the discussion. In the short time I was with them, it was abundantly clear that these caregivers truly love their jobs and are committed to making the lives of their clients easier. If my parents lived nearby, I would absolutely consider hiring someone from this company to assist them!

I had a wonderful experience using Whole Life Home Health Care! My 93 year old mom needed some temporary assistance coming out of Skilled Nursing as well as from a long hospital stay. It was a perfect solution to help her transition back to independent living at her apartment. All the care givers were wonderful. It was so comforting to know someone was with her through the night in case something was needed and to have the care during the day was very helpful too.

Over the course of a whirlwind 24 hours, our family had to find help for my mom who had fallen and was now in need of much more support. We didn't have any experience with home health assistance or care for the elderly prior to this. But we went full tilt into action. And upon the recommendation of 'A Place for Mom', we contacted Whole Life Home Health Care and almost immediately we had an appointment set up with Leann to meet my mom. I also talked with Debbie on the phone who was kind, approachable, informed. I felt good about them both. When Leann showed up, she was considerate, professional, and calm. We had interviewed other agencies as well but we felt my mom would be in good hands with Debbie and Leann's crew. And we were proven right. Both Leann and Debbie were incredibly responsive and always reachable. The schedule which often times had to be changed at last minute was accommodated. They worked hard to fill in all the gaps because my mom required 24 hour care for a while. They have a good online portal with calendar and area for comments on the daily log. That log, by the way, could have been utilized better by their staff. It seemed like their one on one's preferred to write it down in the notebook they supply. As for the staff/one on ones, for the most part, it went smoothly and mom liked them all and that is good because she's not an easy patient. They were always on time, really really helpful and resourceful and a delight to work with. We all breathed a sigh of relief knowing mom was really well taken care of. So thank you Whole Life Home Health Care, and that includes not only Leann and Debbie, but also Lisa, Denise, and Vivian.

Being a Home Care Aide will reward you in ways beyond the monetary, though the pay is exceptional. At the end of the day, you will have brightened the life of your client and their family. Your heart will be full with the knowledge you have done some of the most important work any one could do. I have worked for Whole Life since 2017. I have worked at various jobs: florist, dental assistant, cashier, and administrative assistant. None were as fulfilling as being a Home Care Aide.
