My family and I recently toured Encinitas Senior Living while searching for a community for my dad, and we had a great experience. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in learning about my dad's needs rather than giving us a generic tour. The community was bright, clean, and well cared for, and the residents we met seemed happy and engaged. We were especially impressed by the spacious apartments and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Finding the right place for a parent can be overwhelming, but the staff made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend Encinitas Senior Living to anyone looking for a comfortable, caring, and independent senior living community.

Alex was delightful, as he toured Encinitas Senior Living. Seeing Unit 101, my heart skipped a beat -- so wonderful with the exterior door. So grateful this could be mine. Plants! Game Room! and soon a Weight Room. So clean and welcoming. I hope to make Encinitas Senior Living my home. A bit more ... I didn't realize they have move-in specials! So the second month is free since my lease will be executed in June. Also, leases come from corporate, so it takes a day or two.

Yanalea was so helpful and easy to carry on a conversation. She was very patient and kind! She was very informative and shared great details about the history and future for the community. I would really love to move into this community, unfortunately for me it may not be possible because there were no 1 bedroom apartments available, I have too much stuff for the bigger studio. This place had a great special going on to move in and a low monthly base rent. Thank you so much Yanalea!

$1,700+ advertised rent, but $2,400+ actual cost. Posted office hours of operation advertised as open on Sundays, but actually closed. Regina the leasing agent was too happy to bad mouth the United States numerous times. Perhaps she would be better at leasing apartments outside the United States in a country she abandoned when she was younger. I will not be leasing an apartment at your property.

Encinitas Senior Living is a wonderful choice for independent living. They do not have care services, but care is their best aspect. The staff are absolute wonderful people who truly care about the needs of their tenants. The team from Jessica, Regina, and Q make a wholesome group of people that build a home environment for you. The rooms are newly renovated and the community is a tight knit group of diverse individuals who bond together to make a neighborhood. It's located close to the beach area, as well as downtown Encinitas. Plenty of stores and food options within minutes. You won't go wrong scheduling a tour with the two lovely ladies, Jessica and Regina.

Encinitas Pacifica Senior living is a beautiful community with amazing staff! They are compassionate, attentive and always go the extra mile to ensure the residents feel respected and valued. The sense of community is incredible! There are daily activities from fitness classes to game nights! The meals are nutritious and delicious. The facility itself is clean and beautifully maintained and feels warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

My dad lives here and it is a wonderful place. The staff are energetic and really care for the residents. It is a nice mix of assisted and independent living. Residents who are able can come and go as they please. My dad who still thinks he can drive (but can’t safely), really struggled with his prior residence, where he felt like a prisoner. He is very happy here and thanked me for finding it. And it costs far less than where he lived in Florida. It is far better without factoring the costs, but even more amazing when you do. It is also wonderful to see that you can still find a great value in CA. And the remodel is very nice!

With in the short time working with Encinitas Pacifica Ive really enjoined bonding with my residents and my carestaff. I personally enjoy seeing how great everyone works together & enjoy their jobs. I love how personal they take each residents needs & strive to give the best care possible, and the cooking is delicious!! Highly recommended! You will enjoy your stay!! Stop by and say hello

I really enjoy all the upgrades Pacifica has done around the building . All the flooring looks great and gives this build a light and bright feel ! I can wait until the furniture , light fixtures and painting get replaced . Once all the other fixing come it is going to look very extravagant!
