I found the staff and management to be absolutely amazing, the facility is wonderful and inclusive and I am constantly kept up to date about everything from the menu to extra activities. Everyone treats my mother wonderful and she is happy ( most important). I’m so happy with Ivy Park at Laguna Creek, I might be putting in my reservation soon.

This facility provides exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism. It can feel scary to trust other people with your loved ones however, The experience at Ivy Park Laguna Creek has been a beautiful blessing. Caring staff, cleanliness, fun activities and the many small ways they foster community all throughout the day for the residents has made it a place for my loved one is blooming at and we are incredibly grateful. Thank you. Shout out to the superb nursing team, staff, and everyone there who shows up and makes it feel like a place you can call home.

I can only speak about the staff, as we didn’t get to move in. My dad needed extra care, that the memory care could not provide. Heather was absolutely amazing, even hugged me, after knowing that I had to put my dog down. Shamari texted me once a week just to check on me and my family and Karan and Marisa came to the hospital to see my dad in person. What an amazing group of people. I toured the place and it was beautiful. Plenty of room, if your parent has memory issues, starting to decline, wondering this is the place for them. If they need a little extra help, have tubes, you need a different place. They can’t accommodate that. It’s not them, believe me. They would if they could, it’s what there licensed by the state to handle. Take my word, if my dad’s health had not declined he would have been there. They were amazing. At the end of the tour, they even gave me three great tasty cookies. If you have doubts about your parents, for there care. At least take a tour. You won’t regret it. In my career, I meet a lot of people, crazy, funny, sad, depressed. I help everyone I come across, not because it’s my job because it’s a calling. And the people I met, I believe it is there calling, to help the elderly.

I’d like to say that I’m very pleased with my grandmother’s new home at Ivy Park! From Heather Zoller, Sales and Marketing Director, Brittnay, Memory Care Director, and all the staff at Ivy Park Thank You for making the transition for my grandmother a wonderful one. She seems to be doing so much better in her new environment with all the activities and other residents keeping her busy. And the grounds are beautiful! We had fun shopping and preparing her room for her move in day. The welcome event for my grandmother was amazing!! They had this beautiful cart with some of her favorite foods, a welcome basket, a robe and a lot of the staff there to greet her on her first day!! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Any questions and/or concerns were answered promptly. I live in Southern California and could text Heather anytime if needed. I would highly recommend Ivy Park for your loved ones!! Thank you again for taking care of my grandmother.™

What a wonderful resource Ivy Park at Laguna Creek is! I specialize in senior downsizing and relocation and have found this community to be such a great option for my clients! The property is gorgeous and the staff and management are caring and loving toward residents and their families. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support my mom has received since moving into the memory care unit. Despite initial concerns raised by a few negative reviews, my family and I took a leap of faith and decided this was the right place for her. The spacious community, especially the vibrant cottages dedicated to memory residents, has truly made a positive impact on her well-being. The new management has brought a breath of fresh air, and the staff's dedication and thoroughness have exceeded our expectations. Communication has been outstanding, providing us with peace of mind during this transition. My mom's care has been nothing short of phenomenal, and the engaging activities tailored to her needs have brought joy and stimulation to her daily life. What sets this community apart is the sense of home it provides. The warm and welcoming environment, coupled with the compassionate and attentive team led by Michelle the Executive Director has made all the difference. From the friendly staff to the activities coordinators, everyone has played a crucial role in ensuring my mom's comfort and happiness. I felt compelled to share this review to reassure others who may have been deterred by negative feedback. I urge anyone considering this community to take a tour and experience the warmth and care firsthand. Google, please fix your map and stop identifying Brookdale Senior Care facility as Elk Grove Park. This review is for Brookdale Senior Care. If your idea of quality senior care is corporate decision-making for maximum profit, Brookdale is for you. If not, look elsewhere and avoid this or any other facility owned by this conglomerate. Brookdale is part of a massive corporate-owned network of senior living facilities across the US. They are too big to really care! Brookdale Elk Grove is understaffed and overpriced compared to their direct competition (i.e. The Meadows, The Carlton). We looked at both as alternatives after moving my mother-in-law out of Brookdale after just 6 months and found their pricing at least $750/month LESS than Brookdale for the exact same care level (with other enhancements Brookdale can't offer), and that is before Brookdale's recently announced, undeserved, and galling $250/month increase starting in January '18. What do you get at Brookdale for all of this extra money? You get smaller rooms, fewer onsite amenities, less staff, and fewer activities. You also get front office staff who can be hard to reach, evasive, and frustrating to deal with. The staff doesn't seem to be very happy either and with low morale, but seem to care about the residents and do the best they can with what they have to work with. The 2 stars go to the staff, not the front office. BTW Neal (facility director), my mother-in-law's re-diagnosis and recommendation for memory care to assisted living reassignment that you chose to ignore and deny DID come from the HEAD OF NEUROLOGY AND PSYCHIATRY AT KAISER S. Bottom line, corporate senior care, especially by a corporation this big, only benefits the corporation and not the resident. Go elsewhere if you care about your family member. Maybe the other reviewers here can add some comments to justify their inexplicable 5 star ratings and establish their connection to Brookdale??

Amazing community, friendly staff and very loving helpful Executive Director. The front desk is always so happy and helpful, from housekeeping to activities, everyone is genuinely here for the right reasons.

I am the owner of Megan Mobile Notary. I have met with many residents at Elk Grove Park. I love to meet clients in their outdoor space at their beautiful gazebo. It is nice to be in a beautiful environment and meeting people in a relaxed and welcoming space. The staff is often setting up bingo and activities in the lobby for residents who seem to really be enjoying their time.
