My best friend had a neurodegenerative condition, he needed a lot of help and we desperately needed someone to help us take care of him. We had initially selected another service, but the had a Covid outbreak the day we were supposed to talk, a couple of days before heading out on vacation. The other service gave us Aimee's phone number, and it was amazing. Aimee understood immediately what we needed, and offered to visit us right away, in less than an hour she was there. I was a bit concerned, after all, 3 gay men dealing with two Catholic ladies... I had no reason to be concerned at all. Aimee was not just professional, but caring and understanding, and we got a caregiver who was also a gay man, so my friend felt more at ease. The team made by Pablito, Ninfa and Rosemarie was very professional, always on time and made our friend's life much easier. They became like family, gave him professional care, allowed us to have more time for ourselves and rest knowing our friend's needs were being take care of. Our friend died recently, leaving a huge hole in our lives, we miss him, and we are sad, but we are also happy and in peace because with Kindred at Home, he had professional care, he had lovely , kind people helping him, every day. He became stronger, he gained weight and was healthier, before he died. Thank you, Aimee, thank you, Claire, Pablito, Rosemary and Ninfa, you were key in the last months of his life and we can't thank you enough for all what you did for us. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this service.

The caretakers at Kindred have provided excellent care to both of my grandparents over the years. My grandfathers caretaker, Noel, became like a member of our family and we could not ask for a more attentive helper who genuinely cared about my grandparents well-being. Noel truly went above and beyond to make them happy and meet all of their physical and emotional needs. Since then we have had other wonderful caretakers from Kindred, especially Bernadette who has provided patient and devoted care to my grandmother as she faces dementia. The Kindred staff communicates appropriately with my family when needed and they have helped us through some challenging moments. I can count on the staff to always make sure my grandma gets the care she needs. Definitely recommend Kindred to others.

I am receiving excellent service from Kindred. My caregiver, Emma, is top of the line. She is great and excellent, and any of the caregivers that had helped me since I started care. I have been a client since 2011 and I am very happy.

Our Caregiver has been with us for many years. Shes very thoughtful and always treats my dad with respect. She takes very good care of him, were very lucky to have her as his caregiver.

Queenie, our caregiver at Kindred at Home, is a great pleasure. Her personality is always positive, her work always done on time, and of high quality. Throughout her half year with us, Queenie has always preformed at the highest level. She is bright, cheerful, and always in good humor. Her work is excellent and her manner outstanding. My father was in need of additional help after having some set backs after his stroke and we were referred to Kindred by the VA. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the staff at Kindred finding a care taker for my father. The person assigned to my dad is a great fit. She is caring, compassionate, thoughtful and most importantly pays attention to my dads needs. I couldnt be happier with the staff and the caregiver. If youre in need for a caretaker I would highly recommend Kindred to not only take care of the person in need but also trust to let in your home.
