This facility is absolutely wonderful! Our dear friend has been living here for 6 months and has been extremely well taken care of! The staff is very friendly and helpful!! Took a tour and met several of the team leaders and staff, as well as the residents. I could tell by the interactions and conversations the staff were having with the residents that they do care and remember and know each of their individual needs and wants. Great caring vibe and energy. Musician playing for the day also got the patients to jam and dance around from their seats. Lots of smiles and sing-alongs!

Newport Mesa Senior Living is a place with a warm atmosphere and just a great feel overall. The staff is friendly, caring, and really makes their residents feel special. I especially think their Activities Director Melanee does an incredible job planning fun and engaging activities. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and goes out of her way to make everyone feel included. She is a real asset to Newport Mesa Senior Living, and it really shows in everything she does!

Newport Mesa Senior Living is a warm, welcoming, and exceptionally clean community. From day one, the Property Manager, Mel, was there from start to finish, making sure my mother’s transition was as seamless as possible. The Sales Manager, Liam, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all the paperwork, patiently answering every question we had. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood the entire process so we felt 100% confident in our decision. They even helped us set up necessary doctor appointments, which meant so much during an already stressful time. Before moving in, my mom was on a downward spiral. However, once she arrived at Newport Mesa Senior Living, we noticed a difference almost immediately. She became more alive, happy, and vibrant. In that moment, I knew we had made the best decision for her. She is truly in the best hands at Newport Mesa Senior Living, and our family is so grateful for the care, compassion, and support they provide. THANK YOU MEL AND LIAM!!!

I have frequently visited this community and seen this amazing staff tend to the residents in the community with the utmost kindness and care. Every time I come to the community it feels like home, I am greeted with a smile and a warm hug from residents and staff. I bring my little dog with me and the activities director Maria always borrows him the moment I walk in so the residents can love and pet him for pet therapy. The community itself is full of life and the moment you walk in the energy of joy is palpable. The grounds are lush and green and the cottages themselves are clean, well maintained and very cozy. I would absolutely recommend Newport Mesa Senior Living for your loved one!

This is such a great place to be! The outdoor area is really nice; something you don’t see in a lot of memory care communities. The staff here has been around for years, so turnover is super low, and you can really feel that stability. They also get a ton of volunteers throughout the week, especially on Saturdays, which makes the place feel so lively. Even visiting professionals, like hospice liaisons, often say this is one of their favorite communities to come to because of the friendly team and how well the residents are thriving.

I was genuinely impressed by the staff and facilities at Newport Mesa Senior Living. Having to come to the hard decision to move my grandmother from home care to a facility was hard, but the forethought and planning in case of episodes was impressive. I have been a teacher for 22 years and these strategies they use to help residents to express their feelings while keeping them safe are the same we use in a school setting. I appreciate the facility empowering residents to take action in a safe space. Liam was a wonderful guide and so helpful. He put our concerns first and made me feel as if they had really thought of everything. He was wonderful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful memory care community. I am in the senior care industry and I have personally visited multiple memory care communities across OrangeCounty for the past 15 years. I can honestly say that Pacifica one of my top favorites! The moment you walk into there beautiful courtyard or activity room, you'll see all the residents very happy and well cared for. Every time I stop by they are doing engaging activities, listening to music, and living life! The caregivers are loving as is the entire staff. They are one big happy family. I would trust them with any of my family members or friends loved ones and I highly recommend them.

I've heard nothing but great things about this community. They'll even go out of their way to set up a donation drive for people in need. If you want your loved ones taken care of, then Pacifica is the way to go. They'll treat their members like family.

As you walk through the doors you receive a sense of calm and love. This is such a beautiful community with tranquil water features to enjoy in a park like setting! A place where the residents are well cared for and look so happy. Within moments of taking a tour throughout the community, I saw how the staff attended to the needs of all residents while delivering care with such respect and tenderness. An exceptional senior living community offering the perfect balance of dignity and cognitive/physical stimulation for those looking for Memory Care! Bravo!!!
