If I could give Coastal Heights 10 stars I would. Everything there is wonderful, especially the genuine, caring staff. It is a beautiful environment with fun activities and great food. I appreciate everything that was done to make my dad feel welcome and comfortable. You are the best!

This place is fabulous! The staff is amazing. The guests are so friendly. It's newly remodeled and feels great. The local weather is so much better than the other areas we looked. The chef makes very good meals and there is so much entertainment every day. You can tell what a great place this is just by talking to the residents. The care services are managed separately, and I really like that. No conflict of interest there. And their staff (Apex) is great too. I cannot thank the staff enough. The transition in was smooth and they were so accommodating. We love Coastal Heights!

We love Coastal Heights. The executive staff is stellar. Always patient and kind. They rest of the staff has been absolutely awesome and we have felt so blessed for our Conservatee to have been able to stay there for the past 8 months. This is the most lovely community driven complex. So much for seniors to do together. Loads of fun activities. It's modern, clean and tidy and they take great pride in all that they do at Coastal Heights. The restaurant is fabulous. We highly recommend checking out this beautiful community.

We want to tell you how much Kelly (Vibrant Life Director) is appreciated for her kindness, her sweet disposition and pleasant attitude. She gently encourages everyone at her exercise classes to work out and do what we can to remain mobile and feel better mentally and physically. Kelly performs many different tasks which she performs with great expertise and knowledge and still is always available to help when ever any of us (residents) needs her help. Weve never seen Kelly annoyed. Whatever may happen that may upset her, she doesnt bring her frustrations to any of the tasks that she performs. This is a wonderful place and I would highly recommend you have your parents or grandparents come live at Coastal Heights. They have a beautiful facility with delicious meals, lots of activities and caring staff. They also offer transportation to Dr. appointments, to the grocery store and to fun outings. My mother has been there for almost 10 years and she loves it!!

My dad moved into Coastal Heights late in January 2020. He really enjoyed the social interaction with the other residents and workers. Then Covid-19 hit. I have to say that Catherine, Anna, Susan, Josh, Rob, Leon and all of the workers at Coastal Heights are doing their very best to keep my dad and the other residents safe and still somehow connected. They are genuinely concerned for every residents well-being. Coastal Heights had an immediate this is home feeling for my dad right from the start. They have continued to care for everyone during this crisis. It doesnt feel like a Senior Living Residence. It feels more like a community or family. I would highly recommend Coastal Heights for your parent!

A lovely Costa Mesa community of Vibrant Life Seniors. I love that the secure building is staffed 24 hours to respond to the independent living residents emergency needs. The public restaurant onsite has a beautiful dining room and a changing daily menu for a Five Star dining experience. I enjoy a different type of Salmon almost everyday and its always so fresh and delicious.

Monica - MBK - Fairview Commons!!! I have an elderly family member that has been living at Fairview Commons for several years. I feared the transition from Costa Neuporte to MBK would be a challenge. In fact, it has been far better than expected. The staff is always exceeding my expectations. They are sensitive, caring, and approach problems with common sense. Even on our way out, they are sensitive to the unique needs of their residents and their families. I would rate them a 10 if I could.

I have wanted to post this 5 star Review on behalf of my mother who has recently stayed several months and, (if she can get physically better), may go back to Fairview Commons because of the wonderful staff and friendly care and treatment she received there! Everyone worked with me, her daughter and my mother herself, to make her welcome and comfortable and support her in learning of all the many activities and support services they provide. This was especially true of the front desk reception people -- Kathy, Corina, and others, the maintenance personnel Manny and Danny, and dining room servers -- all of them on staff that remained friendly and helpful throughout, even under difficult conditions when trying to keep her dog with her even as her health declined and her confusion increased. A special call out to Monica as the Executive Director who understood our attempts to help our mother remain both as independent and active as possible in the area she loved, while trying to decide her best option as her medical needs increased. Mother made friends at Fairview Commons and loved the trips and the Movie Nights and the Friday Happy Hour. She would like me to say Hi and Thank You again to all the lovely staff in hopes she may get better and return! Your time and care with her were definitely appreciated by all of her family!! Again, thank you all!
