I love to go to dining room and be served by Crystal and Mayra and Pedro and Litzy,Yeymi, Ricky and Michael. They work very hard and give us more than 100 percent. They are very devoted and have a great attitude with a great smile. Ivan you are wonderful and I hope you never leave. You have such a great team working for you in the Cafeteria and the kitchen such as Christina and Rubia.

We moved our mom to Coastal Heights a little over a year ago. My mom enjoyed her time here so much. The community made her feel so welcome. My mom enjoyed all the activities and mostly enjoyed the employees especially Mary Baker who was always there to banter with my mom. Unfortunately my mom’s time was short at Coastal Heights but it was a perfect place for her. Thank you Coastal Heights!!

Excellent management. Very good staff. Coastal Heights is not an assisted living community but the care the residents get may be better than one. There are abundant daily activities! The activities director is dynamic and provides entertainment that’s suited for all tastes and levels. Also what is important is transportation that they provide which is going to doctor appts, banks, pharmacy/grocery runs, scenic drives, and even going as far to casinos! This community is surrounded by helpful residents and employees. It is easy to make good lasting friendships here. Also I appreciate that the front desk is supported 24/7. So there’s always help. There are a lot of amenities available, if needed on site such as APEX Home Health, EmpowerMe (physical therapy), and Beauty salon. This community is a very good place for my husband and me!

Coastal Heights is a beautiful Facility , with friendly and professional staff, and very nice residents. There are so many activities to do here , crafts, games books to read , Bible study, music, Their bus takes residents on outings to fun places,. Their dining area is beautiful and delicious food to eat as well.

Coastal Heights Senior Living is a well ran senior living community. Their Executive Director, Catherine Ratelle, has done a phenomenal job in operating and keeping all tenants safe, active and happy. They have a beautiful dining room, a common area for happy hour and entertainment, and a van that will take the seniors to different locations like maybe Rogers Gardens or different shopping centers. My mother was in Unit 102 for five years, which suited her perfectly. I've talked to many of the residents and I have never heard a negative comment. During my mom's stay at Coastal, she eventually needed on-site assisted-living care called Apex. They are the most caring and trusting group of people. I could not have been happier. In the end, I hired Apex Hospice who did an amazing job keeping my mom at peace and comfortable. I'm very happy with the entire process of the past five years. I highly recommend this location.

My 87 year old Mother has been loving this home for 5 years now and I had yet to write a review. She is social and enjoying this place so much that I tell everyone I know about it. The staff really know how to keep the residents happy, cared for and healthy even during the Covid lockdown period. My Mother has her bingo and Social Hour to look forward to weekly. The food is very healthy and I have dined there as a guest many times in the banquet room and snacks at Social hour. They bring in entertainment for the Social hour and all residents are happy. The housekeeping is wonderful and this place really cares for each resident and knows them by name. It is worth every penny!

If I could give Coastal Heights 10 stars I would. Everything there is wonderful, especially the genuine, caring staff. It is a beautiful environment with fun activities and great food. I appreciate everything that was done to make my dad feel welcome and comfortable. You are the best!

This place is fabulous! The staff is amazing. The guests are so friendly. It’s newly remodeled and feels great. The local weather is so much better than the other areas we looked. The chef makes very good meals and there is so much entertainment every day. You can tell what a great place this is just by talking to the residents. The care services are managed separately, and I really like that. No conflict of interest there. And their staff (Apex) is great too. I cannot thank the staff enough. The transition in was smooth and they were so accommodating. We love Coastal Heights!

We love Coastal Heights. The executive staff is stellar. Always patient and kind. They rest of the staff has been absolutely awesome and we have felt so blessed for our Conservatee to have been able to stay there for the past 8 months. This is the most lovely community driven complex. So much for seniors to do together. Loads of fun activities. It’s modern, clean and tidy and they take great pride in all that they do at Coastal Heights. The restaurant is fabulous. We highly recommend checking out this beautiful community.

A lovely Costa Mesa community of Vibrant Life Seniors. I love that the secure building is staffed 24 hours to respond to the independent living residents emergency needs. The public restaurant onsite has a beautiful dining room and a changing daily menu for a Five Star dining experience. I enjoy a different type of Salmon almost everyday and it's always so fresh and delicious.

Monica - MBK - Fairview Commons!!! I have an elderly family member that has been living at Fairview Commons for several years. I feared the transition from Costa Neuporte to MBK would be a challenge. In fact, it has been far better than expected. The staff is always exceeding my expectations. They are sensitive, caring, and approach problems with common sense. Even on our way out, they are sensitive to the unique needs of their residents and their families. I would rate them a 10 if I could.

I have wanted to post this 5 star Review on behalf of my mother who has recently stayed several months and, (if she can get physically better), may go back to Fairview Commons because of the wonderful staff and friendly care and treatment she received there! Everyone worked with me, her daughter and my mother herself, to make her welcome and comfortable and support her in learning of all the many activities and support services they provide. This was especially true of the front desk reception people -- Kathy, Corina, and others, the maintenance personnel Manny and Danny, and dining room servers -- all of them on staff that remained friendly and helpful throughout, even under difficult conditions when trying to keep her dog with her even as her health declined and her confusion increased. A special call out to "Monica" as the Executive Director who understood our attempts to help our mother remain both as independent and active as possible in the area she loved, while trying to decide her best option as her medical needs increased. Mother made friends at Fairview Commons and loved the trips and the "Movie Nights" and the Friday "Happy Hour". She would like me to say "Hi" and "Thank You" again to all the lovely staff in hopes she may get better and return! Your time and care with her were definitely appreciated by all of her family!! Again, thank you all!
