The Coronado Retirement Village is a Wonderful place! It is located in Beautiful Coronado and has an Amazing staff that is helpful, understanding, caring, compassionate and professional. My mother lives there, and I am so Grateful to have found it! Moving to the Coronado Retirement Village has helped her immeasurably. Coronado Retirement Village is awesome! I am so happy we initially picked this place for dad to stay. Its clean and the staff was kind and caring, not only to residents but to visiting family as well. I have spoken highly of you all to many of my friends and acquaintances in the community and will continue to do so. Definitely one of the best senior living communities san diego just like https:--silvergaterr.com- which is where he was a resident for the remaining of his years. I will always be grateful and appreciative of how well he was taken care of at both facilities. Thank you!

My mother moved into CRV in October and our experience preceding her move in and since has been nothing short of terrific. We dealt mostly with Carrie Compton and she could not have been kinder or more responsive. She has been unfailingly helpful during this difficult process in a really challenging time. My mother also reports that everyone she has dealt with has been wonderful and she is particularly smitten with the food and the chef. Due to COVID my sisters and I have not really gotten to spend time there with her but reports from inside have all been positive. Based on the staff, the scenery and the food (and my picky mothers review of same) I would say this retirement venue is top notch.

My love one lived at Coronado Retirement Village for nearly one year. Making the decision to move a loved one into an assisted living facility could be one of the most difficult and complex decisions you can make. It certainly was incredibly hard for me, and for my loved one. Fortunately, my loved one was not only able to help in studying the pros and cons, but was able to give a thumbs-up assessment to eventually go forward with the move. Like real estate decisions, we placed a great deal of weight on location, and better locations than Coronado would be tough to find. Coronado Retirement Village (CRV) is superbly located on the Island, immediately off the Bridge, just across the street from the outstanding Sharp Coronado Hospital, and next door to a first rate Sharp-run skilled nursing facility. The CRV ownership and management have placed a great emphasis on their building and grounds, which are very well cared for, up-to-date, and agreeable. Safety and cleanliness were continually important to them, but became central and imperative with COVID-19. The wellbeing of the residents and staff stays at the top of all their decisions. As a final point, there are a number of CRV staff members from across disciplines that I could perhaps single out as being consistently excellent, and caring, but I wont do that for fear of forgetfully not including one of those deserving angels.

Coronado retirement village is a great residential care facility! We have family friends that have been living there for 2 years. During the COVID-19 pandemic the staff and administration have gone above and beyond to make sure families are staying connected with courtyard visits and observing social distancing as well as FaceTime calls. Thank you for taking care of our loved ones and keeping them safe.

The feature I liked best about CRV was the staff. My Mom lived in memory care and Dad lived in assisted living. Retaining kind, gentle, and consistent staff is a difficult achievement. But so important to the daily life of seniors. My Mom could not express her needs the last 15 months of her life. But the staff were so gentle with her, they antipated her needs. This is rare. And the location! Within the same block there is Sharp Coronado Hospital, Sharp Physicians, and a Rehab Convalescent Center. My Dad was able to visit my Mom as she moved between each. My Dad could process more information. There were outings and activities available for him, too. Also he had freedom to roam in a very safe community on his scooter. He could get groceries, get his hair cut, and visit his dentist all on his own. Or go to the Ferry Landing and people watch and sometimes hear music. Thank you CRV and keep on providing quality care in a beautiful setting.

My father has been at the Coronado Retirement Village for seven years and it has been a wonderful home for him. Close to family but provides him with independence. He is across the street from the Sharp Coronado Hospital. Lovely owners and staff who care about him and my family. He has made many friendships with residents and their families and the caring staff. Great activities and attention to his needs. The final years have been good for my Dad at the CRV and tomorrow hell celebrate his 92nd birthday. Thank you Coronado Retirement Village for you loving care of Eugene Gabriel.

My Mom spent her last days in the Coronado Retirement Village. The owners and staff were extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to treat her with dignity and warmth. The facilty was clean and pleasant. The food was excellent. The nursing staff was highly professional. The care givers were as kind as could be. All in all, this was a beautiful home for my Mom's final days. Her loving son, Michael Giorgino

I believe Coronado is a beautiful place for seniors of course their expenses go up every year that is to keep the area up close to shopping walking distance to stores we need some kind of help for expense as we want to leave our children with something getting older and retirement being the next thing without bothering children
