I have been a Resident of River Run Apts for about 6 months now. I am very impressed with the staff here. They are always friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are always clean, yards are beautifully maintained and the property is safe and continually being painted and improved. Service requests are handled promptly. Staff is always willing to help with questions. I feel safe and at home here. Keep up the great work all River Run Staff!!

Pool is freezing cold and they refuse to warm it.many seniors have arthritis and greatly benefit from water aerobics, however we need warm water, not cold. I don't think that management is very considerate of seniors needs .

The management at these apartments DO NOT CARE ABOUT the RESIDENTS what so ever, they have VERY BAD attitudes.

I have my issues with River Run Apt's but in 2024 I see some reviews are not accurate.The #1 is parking for tenants.There is a space for every appt.There is a lot of spaces close to the inside the gates and out side!If you need parking for handicapped.Theres visitor parking in the lot outside the gate.For a second vehicle you need to park outside in the street! There's a big walk in closet in the bedroom.Lacks kitchen shelf space.It has a dishwasher,I would trade for more shelves!

I'm a taken by the experienced staff that work at this location aside from the location itself as I am searching for a place for my mother I spoke with the woman by the name of Angela M unfortunately, this is all I know of her she was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and considerate to my mother's needs, as well as professional. I am considering bringing my grandmother along, as well as my grandfather, as I would like to have them all living at the same community. I will be returning to schedule these appointments for all three of them. I am looking forward to being delighted by Angela's presence. Thank you for your time Angela I will be returning soon.
