A huge shout out of thanks and respect to Med Tech extraordinaire Tami. I love and appreciate how you watch and find solutions on the spot when the residents take their meds.( I have witnessed my family member, not seeing them all.) Before I could even bring it to your attention, you noticed and told me how you were going to fix the issue so it wouldn't happen again. It gives me a level of confidence and security, I didn't realize I needed. On behalf of all the residents, I thank you for your compassion, caring, and most importantly your diligence in the very important work that you do. Eatancia Del Sol is a fantastic community, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one. We've had a number of our clients move in there and they've all had great experiences transitioning from their home to Assisted Living. The community is nice, clean and the staff is amazing, this is where I would want my loved one to live.

I have done outside services for Estancia for about 7 years and I have to say throughout these 7 years the facility has never failed to impress me. I work mainly on the memory care side but let me just say, walking in you would never be able to tell the distinction between the memory care and assisted living side. They keep the memory care area clean, and the residents well engaged. Every resident has a "memory box" by their door with items inside that define who they are, it is truly a beautiful touch. Estancia makes sure that the residents are not forgotten for who they are simply because of their cognitive issues. Every part of this facility is impressive and I am always greeted with a smile by the front desk.

I am a mobile Notary and I work at several assisted living homes in the area. Estancia del Sol is my favorite facility in the area. Extremely clean, polite, anttentive and helpful staff. I deal with Melinda often. She is amazing at her job. She always has her residents and potential residents best interest in mind. Highly recommend this assisted living residence. PS. I was lucky enough to have lunch there with one of my clients last month. The food was amazing.

Estancia Del Sol is by far the best Assisted Living/Memory Care Community in the Inland Empire. Melinda Stilwell always goes above and beyond for their residents and family members. If there was 6 stars they would deserve them!!

We love Estancia Del Sol! Our family member is very happy there and feels it’s the next best thing to being at home. Estancia meets our family member’s needs! The facility is clean, modern, and smells nice. It doesn’t feel like a you are walking into an Assisted Living facility, but a 5 star hotel! It’s where I would want to live someday!

I really love Estancia Del Sol! I have been a volunteer on Tuesdays for bingo since the beginning. The residents truly have become my family and Ilook forward to many more years.

I am a licensed medical professional who visits this facility weekly for work purposes. I interact with the staff for work needs but have also noticed the abundance of personal interaction the staff gives me when Im there. I am always greeted by the receptionist with a friendly smile and good morning or afternoon and she assists me in calling a caregiver to assist me with my patient. As a PTA for 30 years, I have visited hundreds of facilities and have yet found a facility that employs so many happy, caring friendly staff no matter the day of the week. Every employee whether they are administrative, kitchen staff or nursing related, are all a part of a dynamic team working together to strive for the best care to meet their clients needs and wants. The facility is impeccably clean and beautiful in every area of the building, inside and out. If I ever needed a loved one in an assisted living, I would be honored, happy and completely confident in having Estancia Del Sol being a place I could call home for my family member!

Parents been living there for awhile. The staff are very kind and helpful. The only issue is the food needs lots of improvement. I have eaten there many times and have been disappointed . But, if food is not an issue and having a loving staff is, then its a great place.

We cannot THANK the staff at Estancia Del Sol enough!!!!! The care that my mom has received while living in the Alzheimers Memory Care Wing has been Fabulous!!!! She lived there for just over 2 years and was sooooo well taken care of by a very patient and loving staff...My sister and I would highly recommend Estancia for an outstanding Senior Living Community!!!!! Thank you girls, you know how much you mean to us!!!!
