I wish I could give even more stars!! When my mom & I visited Estancia last month, in search of a new home with more support for my dad, I was hesitant that an asst living facility would be able to accommodate him. But after our tour, I left think I could WORK there! (My husband later said, Can we get on a list?) This is the best in assisted living”beautiful accommodations, engaging activities, and meaningful connection with staff who are so helpful. Every staff member knows my dad by name (as well as my mom and me!) and cares for him with such great respect and kindness. There are so many activities in a range of abilities, so every day there are things to do to engage with people. My dad says his favorite thing is the food! He has gone from having just a donut for breakfast to having scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, and juice”every day! The food choices are always amazing, and in one month, there has never been a day he has been disappointed with the options. Plus, he has met new friends he sits with at meals. In the hall one day, I met a woman and her dad who were taking a tour. She said they were looking for a place with food and friends. THIS is the place! I cannot recommend Estancia del Sol enough!

My mother and I toured Estancia Del Sol as she is contemplating moving to assisted care. The tour and consultation we had with Chris Erikson was welcoming and very informative. Chris clearly answered a lot of (hard) questions, and showed us around the entire facility. We met other staff, as well as several residents. Estancia seems like a friendly, inviting community, and I highly encourage others to tour it.

The staff are incredible!! Lisa Marie, Ophelia, Andre, Nora, carolyn, Lucy, Melissa Jenna and Chris!! Just to name a few. They have been so responsive and helpful as we transitioned my 86 year old dad who had a traumatic surgery and needed to be moved to assisted living if i could give 10 stars i would.

I’m happy being here, there are nice amenities and it feels like a luxury stay. The front desk is always there to help and lead me into the right direction. The people are friendly, the staff is helpful, and the events are fun. Once in awhile different musicians will come and play for us and put on a show - that is something we look forward to. Overall this is a nice place and if you’re in the area it’s worth a visit!!!

We are fortunate to have a very good housekeeping team at our facility. They work enthusiastically and always try to meet requests immediately. Jacqueline, in particular, is always cheerful, energetic, and friendly to everyone. I really like her!

I am writing this to commend Jacqueline Robles, whom I see most days that I visit my Mom at Estancia del Sol. Jacqueline always has a friendly greeting, not just for me, but especially for my Mom. Jacqueline is part of the Housekeeping staff. She does an impeccable job each week that she takes care of Mom's apartment. From vacuuming and mopping, to waste baskets, to the laundry, Jacqueline does it all and does it with attention to detail. The waste baskets are relined, the floors are clean, the laundry is always folded and left neatly on the freshly made bed. My family and I are pleased to have Jacqueline taking care of Mom's apartment, and in turn, taking care of our Mom. I know that Jacqueline is part of the many reasons Mom is happy living at Estancia del Sol.

Estancia is a fun place there’s always something to do to keep everyone happy or healthy or entertained. Theres lots of different kind of food choices. Everyone is really nice all the people that work there are friendly. Claudia is amazing she’s always checking on everyone making sure they’re well taking care of. That they have all their proper medications and get what they need on time. She treats all the residents like family and makes Estancia a fun and safe place to be.

Estancia del sol is in a great location surrounded by beautiful lanscape and easy to get to quickly from the 15 freeway. Its a very large facility. That includes a gym. Coffee shop, library, and even a movie theater. The staff is also great Claudia was so sweet and helpful. I can tell she really cares about all the residents and loves this type of work. Shes always there assisting and is patient with kind words to say like shes speaking to family. I appreciate her hard work and diligence shes definitely an asset to this already wonderful place.

I've recently had a visit to Estancia Del Sol for the second time to see a family friend. I was greeted at the door by a lovely woman by the name of ( Linda). She made my family and I feel welcomed. As I proceeded off to my visit. The same woman as my family and I were leaving asked if we had a nice visit. I said yes. This was the second time ive seen the woman Linda at both visits to Estancia. The first time I encountered Linda she was in the room of the person I was visiting and was attending to him with such care. She is a wonderful asset to the company and really seems to love her job. It's caregivers like Linda who make such a difference and it shows in her work. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Our experience with Estancia Del Sol from our first day meeting the staff was, that of a warmth, kindness, a friendly and helpful environment. We felt comfortable with the answers and their straight forward approach as we were navigating the difficult decision of placing our loved one in their care. The facility is very lovely with wonderful amenities and activites for the residents. We also noticed the residents seemed engaged and happy. Estancia Del Sol has a cruise ship vibe. Estancia has a wonderful family feel. Mom very much appreciates the interconnectedness between residents and how they seem to watch out for and take a personal interest in each other. When taking my son to visit her, he observes that it has a cozy feel. I appreciate the easy accessibility off the freeway.

We’ve had a number of our clients move in there and they’ve all had great experiences transitioning from their home to Assisted Living. I am a mobile Notary and I work at several assisted living homes in the area. Estancia del Sol is my favorite facility in the area. Extremely clean, polite, anttentive and helpful staff. I deal with Melinda often. She is amazing at her job. She always has her residents and potential residents best interest in mind. Highly recommend this assisted living residence. PS. I was lucky enough to have lunch there with one of my clients last month. The food was amazing.

We love Estancia Del Sol! Our family member is very happy there and feels it’s the next best thing to being at home. Estancia meets our family member’s needs! The facility is clean, modern, and smells nice. It doesn’t feel like a you are walking into an Assisted Living facility, but a 5 star hotel! It’s where I would want to live someday!

I am a licensed medical professional who visits this facility weekly for work purposes. I interact with the staff for work needs but have also noticed the abundance of personal interaction the staff gives me when I’m there. I am always greeted by the receptionist with a friendly smile and good morning or afternoon and she assists me in calling a caregiver to assist me with my patient. As a PTA for 30 years, I have visited hundreds of facilities and have yet found a facility that employs so many happy, caring friendly staff no matter the day of the week. Every employee whether they are administrative, kitchen staff or nursing related, are all a part of a dynamic team working together to strive for the best care to meet their clients needs and wants. The facility is impeccably clean and beautiful in every area of the building, inside and out. If I ever needed a loved one in an assisted living, I would be honored, happy and completely confident in having Estancia Del Sol being a place I could call home for my family member!

Parents been living there for awhile. The staff are very kind and helpful. The only issue is the food needs lots of improvement. I have eaten there many times and have been disappointed . But, if food is not an issue and having a loving staff is, then its a great place.
