My mother was at Stonebrook for 11years. When she died, [name removed] and [name removed] pressured me to pay my mother's bill. They also orchestrated a total clean-out of my mother's belongings, without consulting me. Money was missing, and they took irreplaceable mementos. Turns out I was not responsible for my mother's bill. These two women were thieves. Apparently, the facilitiy's new owners ousted them both.

So very grateful to everyone at Stonebrook. From Erica who welcomes everyone to June who took care of hubby to Megan, OT, John PT, Maryam, Nurse, and everyone else. Hubby healed quickly and with Jean, Kaiser Rep., to getting us continued Nurse, OT & PT for home! Grateful to Kaiser Permanente's coverage and all the Dr. and staff who worked toward healing!

Clean facilities, need education on pain management prior ambulances ride . Education on how to put a C-Collar on correctly.( back collar was upside down.). NA are clean and nice.

Thank you for taking such good care of my mother who recently fell and broke her knee cap. The entire staff has been friendly, kind and understanding while caring for all of her daily needs and physical therapy.

My Dad had a long stay here (2 months) had alot of health concerns. The staff are very nice, when you can get their attention. Communication between Doctors and hospital was really bad. The food is good. A very clean environment, and the PT was good. Dad was pretty well taken cate of, but they are just so busy there, that when you use the call button, you just never know when they will be there to help you.

I love the Stonebrook team and community. I work for a home health and hospice agency and spend all of my days in skilled nursing facilities and I've seen them all. There are some I will never return to. The first thing I notice when I visit Stonebrook is the cleanliness. There are no foul odors or clutter. There is also a warmth in this facility. You are greeted by Erica's beautiful smile at the front desk, and every employee I've crossed paths with seems happy to be here, which is exactly the people I'd want to care for my loved one. In my role I work closely with social services and I greatly appreciate this tenured team, unlike the hight turnover I see in other communities. Tara and Kim are a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgable, helpful, and full of resources. It is always fun to run into Yvette, the Administrator, and I also think the world of Marie, the Dietician. Overall, great team and top notch skilled nursing community. If you or a loved one needs this level of care, this is the place to get it.

All the TVs are out in the place this Sunday they just have to have everybody sit there and do nothing doesn't sound very nic

I stayed here for 15 days after having a knee replacement, and I must say I received the best care and Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy! Being from a Customer Service background that was my career all my life, I know how difficult dealing with different personality's can be. But the professionals whom I had were warm and always willing to help in any way. It's hard to tend to everyone's needs at the time that you would like them to, because you are not the only person they look after...I've always learned that one has room to grow, so if you have gotten a 4 that's excellent because you have something to strive for. Thanks to all who made life bearable for me.
