The owner charges for water each month and it is the price is same for everyone regardless if you have a studio or two bedroom and washer and dryer. So if you are in a studio you pay the same as people in a two bedroom who have a washer and dryer. Most of the people here are on a fixed income and can't afford it. Very sad for them.

This is suppose to be a senior commmunity most of the residents that live here are on a fixed income and they are raising the rent every chanc they get.

Me and my husband lived there for a few months. It was the best. The staff are awesome as well as maintenance and facilities.

I wanted a small, affordable, and quite place to live and I found it at creek park village. Staff and neighbors are very nice. My apartment is great. Fun things to do at the clubhouse every month, and a great exercise room, pool and spa.

Peaceful surroundings with modernized well kept up facilities. Very friendly and safe place to live with many on site activities. I enjoy living here.
