My brother has been living at these apts for two years. He told me how his rent is going to go up $100.00 in August. That seems a little to much for disabled or elderly people living on a fixed income. I wish there was a email so I can ask the manager about this.

This place is amazing I noticed how clean and quiet it is. All the people there are very nice. The management has really worked hard to accomplish such a great environment.

Apartments ok if you like your ceiling leaking. Yes yes roofers are coming(?). Rent checks not deposited till middle or end of the month. No manager on site hardly. Phone hardly ever answered and no emergency coverage what so ever. A large type sink hole in front of apartment which the neighborhood cats live to visit to do their duty. Continuously harassing paperwork. Oh ya! A club house we cannot use. It’s storage for the complex. So come, please. Enjoy the lies.
