Love this park . My company sells brand new homes and we have few homes at this park for sale now . Love park management team and neighbors are friendly . It is safe park to live, close to fwy, shopping centers and mostly everything . You will see some old mobile homes but it doesn't bother me much . Highly suggest this park .

It's a nice place to live. They have a clubhouse for the tenants and offer a new activity every night. People look forward to seeing everyone. Seems like a happy place, well maintained and your neighbor is always glad you are there.

Very quiet retirement park. The people are friendly with our being nosey. The manager and her maintenance worker's how ever are the types of people who let the small amount of power they have go completely to their heads. By going out of their way to pick on those people they don't like or have some issues with. Making life so uncomfortable for these individuals that they will move. Or if that doesn't work Force them out through evictions with petty and obscure park violations. Remember that these are elderly retired people. So take this as you will.

This used to be a great place to get my drugs. Real friendly vibe.. Till some Karen complained to management to have them removed. Totally ruined the vibe. Us older folk need a "guy" we can call when we want to kick back and smoke a joint. People like that ruin it for everyone. Still a fun place, just ignore the squares who complain to management about every little thing.

I want to take up friends that live in there and the people in there are not very friendly their neighbors anyway they don't think people are human and they make mistakes and they can change they're wrong they did everything they told them to do and they're still harassing them I ain't say it's not your s*** off for All human we all make mistakes
