Love this park . My company sells brand new homes and we have few homes at this park for sale now . Love park management team and neighbors are friendly . It is safe park to live, close to fwy, shopping centers and mostly everything . You will see some old mobile homes but it doesn’t bother me much . Highly suggest this park .

It's a nice place to live. They have a clubhouse for the tenants and offer a new activity every night. People look forward to seeing everyone. Seems like a happy place, well maintained and your neighbor is always glad you are there.

Very quiet retirement park. The people are friendly with our being nosey. The manager and her maintenance worker's how ever are the types of people who let the small amount of power they have go completely to their heads. By going out of their way to pick on those people they don't like or have some issues with. Making life so uncomfortable for these individuals that they will move. Or if that doesn't work Force them out through evictions with petty and obscure park violations. Remember that these are elderly retired people. So take this as you will.

I want to take up friends that live in there and the people in there are not very friendly their neighbors anyway they don't think people are human and they make mistakes and they can change they're wrong they did everything they told them to do and they're still harassing them I ain't say it's not your s*** off for All human we all make mistakes

This is a senior Mobile home Park. My mother has lived here for 15 years, and never had a problem. The grounds are well kept, it's quiet, and when we're not in quarantine there's a clubhouse. Most of the homes have very well kept gardens, despite only having small yards. Overall, a nice place to live.

Nice little community with quality, upscale modular units and wide, well paved rows. Easily accessible and in a great location, if I were to move towards a more "mobile lifestyle" I would have no complaints about setting up nest in this cute community.

My father and aunt lived in Stonegate and loved it. The neighbors are friendly and look out for you. I had the privilege of getting to know many of them after my father passed away and I lived there while getting his place ready to sell. The neighbors were so good to me, I can see why my father wanted to live there. I felt very safe there. The park is well maintained and has a nice swimming pool and activities at the clubhouse. I highly recommend Stonegate and would consider living there myself.

The numbering system is different than city streets. It starts on one side of street and winds around coming back around giving a totally different number on the opposite side of the same street. Good news, WAZE had no trouble giving us good directions to the home of our friends.

Great and wonderful place . My grandpa Sal lives at 75 maiden and I feel he is safe.. I love how everyone waves hi in the way in, I maintain my grandfather's yard. Great place to live!!

I've been to a trailer park or two in my time and let me tell you, Stonegate is just like those other ones. Its got lots of trailers and swamp coolers and lava rock. But don't take my word for it, come on down and check it out for yourself. Take a dip in the pool, play a little shuffleboard, hang out at the clubhouse with Morty and Helen and Greta and that other guy who's name I can't remember. You'll thank me in the morning (after 8 please).
