Meridian ar Chino is a special place for anyone. Genuine smiles and offers to assist, guide, and show true spirit of to serve every guest. I have been here a week and I know I belong to this community (you know when you know). The Staff each have a wonderful synergy. Everyone has been willing to help and/or share a welcome home . Excellent choice. No complaints.

While the staff is very friendly and accommodating to residents and guests, my dad has had issues with the dining experience sometimes waiting for a first cup of coffee at breakfast while others who were seated after him are getting their food and a second cup of coffee. Also when there is an illness residents must stay in their apartment and have meals delivered to them which can take quite a long while. Last night he didn't get supper until after 7:30. They also are supposed to have transportation to and from stores but the vehicle has been out of commission for almost a year. Other than that the facility is clean and offers lots of amenities for the residents to enjoy. Compared to other assisted living facilities it's one of the nicest places that I have seen.

Vera and Elizabeth and Joanna in memory care do a great job of caring for patients and visitors. Tammy and Michelle in the front offices are supportive and helpful. Isabel is also knowledgeable and helpful. Mimi and Lasonya at the front desk are pleasant and astute. Tanika who does meds is patient and helpful. It's been a positive experience at a prolonged and difficult time.

The staff at Meridian is amazing. My family is going through and incredibly hard time and everyone has been so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Tammy has done such an amazing job helping me navigate this new stage in life for both of my parents. She is extremely knowledgeable and well equipped to handle any issues that come up. Her response time and willingness to help were also very much appreciated. Take this as a sign to book a tour at Meridian for you or your loved ones. I highly recommend it.

Meridian Chino looks like a 5 star resort! From the entrance with an ebony baby grand to the sparkling floors and comfortable furniture this assisted living community has it all. The studios are spacious and well maintained and updated. But most of all we appreciated the friendly, and helpful staff. They go over and beyond to meet the family’s needs to accommodate a loved one as they may need to transition to extra care. I couldn’t be more appreciative of Meridian and its staff.

I was looking for memory care facilities and Meridian contacted me through a third party. Tammy reached out and gave me a tour. The facility is really nice and reminds me of a hotel. She even gave me nicely packaged cookies at the end of our meeting. Definitely at the top of my list to place my mom.

I was immediately at ease and comfortable with Tammy. What was described as included in the monthly fee blew me away. You gotta check it out. I feel like I don’t need to look any further.

Very lovely, clean and the maintenance team is amazing! Would have rated them higher if they would do what they say in most cases. Some things they said they would they didn't after I moved in but they are minor. PLEASE PLEASE make better food! Just because they're seniors doesn’t mean they don't deserve good meals.

The two stars are for the director and the front desk staff! The facility is beautiful and the front desk staff is nice! I really love the elderly people and I hope that God grants me a long life to become apart of a senior community. Yesterday, I had an interview for a resident care coordinator. The director of the community is awesome and had a great attitude. Isbael ! I ended up rejecting my application because of the office manager currently, her attitude towards me was very condescending. I have over ten years of experience in assisted living facilities as both Med Tech, Care giver, and as a Resident Care Coordinator. Not only that but, I have a bachelors in Health Sciences and other skills and experience related to geriatric care. I explained my skills to the director not the officer manager during the interview. There is one job that I have on my resume that I don’t use as a reference, but as experience. The office manager was so adamant to call the company to verify, and stated and assumed that I must be hiding something. Which is why I don’t want her to call . I explained that I had plenty of references that I could give. Then she said why do I have my school job on my resume, well I believe you only need the last five years of experience on your resume. Instead of the back and forth I just said you know, please reject my application. I felt so insulted, especially when she said well how do we know if you can do the job it was like an insult especially when she didn’t give me the interview Isbael did. Lastly , everyone knows if you worked in one assisted living you can work in them all. Experience, education, and training makes someone able to do the job not a reference. I had a several reference I could have given. However, I can honestly see why companies have high turnover rates due to staff superiority. I explained my references to Isbael during the interview, and she never mentioned anything else. I just wanted to leave this message, because I honestly felt really insulted by the officer mangers attitude and tone. She made me feel really uncomfortable, so I could only imagine how it would have been if I would have worked there.

I visited Pacifica in Chino because I was looking for a place for my father-in-law. I was really impressed with everything. The staff was very nice and the people living there were all smiling. The rooms were spacious and I liked all the amenities. It has good energy or atmosphere. I'm currently working towards getting my father-in-law in. Just trying to get his affairs in order.

Tammy and the staff at Pacifica are top-notch. We were looking on moving my mother into Pacifica but other circumstances prevented us from moving forward. However, Tammy and her staff were just great working with us to make things happen. Thought the facility was very nice and inviting. Wish we could have put mom here in the end.

Glad to have found a place for Dad where he will be taken care of and cared for ... a place where he can be safe and comfortable. Pacifica Hillsborough in Chino, is a beautiful building. Looks clean and well cared for. Walking thru feels warm and inviting. We appreciate Tammy, who assisted us in not only giving us a tour of the facility and providing us with all information we needed to decide if this would be Dad's home, but that she was able to help in the timely manner we requested. The staff/caregivers welcomed him and made him feel at home. It's good to know that this facility has a calendar of planned activities for residents every day. Seeing Dad quickly adapt and interacting with other residents is the best. The decision to place Dad in a Memory Care Facility was not easy, but after seeing the quality care and the smiles on caregivers as they interact with residents and the staff overall answering our questions, this had to have been the best choice.

After visiting many facilities, my sister and I agreed that Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough is definitely the choice for my aunt. The rooms are spacious and courtyard is beautiful. The receptionist Marles was welcoming as well as the rest of the staff we met.

As a patient care provider our team can count on management and staff to maintain the continuum of care in our absence. It only takes one look entering the lobby - to see happy residents - congregating and understand why this is such a special place. This community is beautiful. All of the staff was extremely friendly to me when I came to visit. Me and my sister had a wonderful time the food was wonderful! When it’s time for me to make the decision I’m definitely choosing this building.

Tammy Lundeen; Hi Tammy... Im Reggie Reagor...Leon Reagors son...I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with all of the women that take care of my dad. I've seen them serve his every need. I've seen them work as a team, puting him in his wheelchair, taking him to eat, and laying him in his bed. I have trouble doing some of the things that they do because he's quite heavy to move around. they make it look so easy. My dad is not the friendliest guy to deal with and I've never seen them get upset with him. He gets upset with me and i'm sure he probably gets upset with them. They're always positve and very respectful. So if you can let them know I would greatly appreciate it...Thumbs up to the girls.......Reggie

My parents moved in a few years ago and really liked how nice all the areas are at Pacifica. It is like living in a fancy hotel and going to a restaurant all the time. They made lots of friends and now that my Dad passed away my Mom is surrounded by nice people. The staff really take good care of her and see feels safe living there.

Pacifica Hillsborough gives our family peace of mind that my mom is in a safe and well maintained environment. Location is perfect. Staff is friendly and professional. The dining room offers a variety of meal selections. There is a movie theater, beauty salon and several activities throughout the day.

When ever I call the community the receptionist is always present. The caregivers look to always be doing something and the Executive Director and nurse are always available when I have any questions about protocol or care of my mother in law. We definitely got lucky finding this place.

Everything about the facility was excellent we looked at 3 other places before we came to Pacifica and really thought we would have to bring mom back to Washington. All the staff were very gracious and caring. My mother has met so many people there, she loves your facility.

I AM very pleased here at Pacifica Hillsborough Chino!! From The Executive Director Ryan all the way through the chain with Jose in maintenance ... I've had an incredible experience for my loved one. Everyday I'm there to see the happy faces of their residents and especially the care and admiration each resident receives from this caring staff. When you walk in your greeted with a big hello to the time you leave, your leave with a good night, it's very nice to experience a genuine friendship! The dinning room personnel always greet their guests and residents with warmth and care. It is so sunny and friendly that most all the time the residents are welcoming into their own home space to further friendships . This Chino location is so well manicured and kept that it's a pleasure to pull in for a visit . Espi, the activity coordinator herself is a genuine friendly and aware of their needs director. We've utilized the handsome theatre room as well as the beauty salon and pool room area! So, without a doubt I give our experience a 5 star thumbs up review! In appreciation Norma Ramirez
