Ive done side work here and my daughter has worked here. Staff is awesome, facilities have been upgraded immensely over the past 15 years. Food is fabulous. Very nice place to retire to.

This place is gorgeous! My Aunt and Uncle moved my Grandmother here from another location. Shortly after I went to visit her and I must say they treated us even as family! Their food was amazing, staff catered to our large group, and her apartment was spacious. She is always excited to tell me about the activities she is doing and how they keep her plenty busy which makes me so happy as I am very far away and not able to visit often! She has been there about a year and still loves it! Highly reccomend!

I have to give you 5 BIG stars! My mother is having such fun at Sycamore Glen. You have transformed her bland routine living into an event filled life full of activities, new friends, and fun. I use to talk to my mom once or twice a week... now she is so busy she doesnt have time to talk... LOL While I have never visited Sycamore I know my mom is happy, has new friends, and a pet squirrel she feeds daily. Thank you Sycamore Glenn.

A wonderful retirement living community for independent seniors! Meals are fresh and can be made to order, and apartments are nice, with cable included in rent! Lots of daily activities to choose from, and the residents are friendly and very welcoming to new residents!

I cannot say enough positive things about Sycamore Glen and the amazing staff. They have been incredibly supportive and patient as my father worked through his decision to relocate from San Diego to Chico to be closer to family. It took almost 2 years and over the entire time Barbara and Stephanie were nothing but kind, compassionate, patient and supportive! Since moving in a couple of weeks ago my father has transitioned incredibly well. He spends time in the lobby talking with other residents, is playing Bridge almost every day and is thoroughly enjoying conversations with his meal time table mates. All in all WONDERFUL!

I worked here long ago.. I have always felt my life was a sad story loaded with struggles and mental illness.. But when I look back on my life and remember the elderly whom I served daily I get a feeling of love. I get a feeling of satisfaction. I love them dearly, they are like grandparents to me. I am thankful for Sycamore Glen.. It is a chapter in my life to which I have many great life experiences from.. experiences I would not trade for anything. Thank you Sycamore Glen, thank you residents.

Sycamore Glen has the most dedicated, efficient, and thoughtful staff. They work tirelessly to attend to their residents every need. Keeping their residents safe, healthy and happy is, obviously, a priority.The dining room offers delicious and nutritious meals, much like a restaurant. The chef and his staff prepare daily specials and, homemade soups and salad bar.The Sycamore Glen property itself is lovely, with walking paths, landscaped courtyards including water features and outdoor seating areas.The activities calendar is endless with games, performances, outings to local restaurants, casinos and theater productions. There is truly something for everybody.The apartment homes are spacious and every one includes a private patio and walk in closet.Sycamore Glen is Chicos premier Active Adult Community!
