I moved to this wonderful place one year ago because of what they offered me. First Natalie was the person I spoke with and her kindness and caring walking me through the process and helping me with everything I needed to be able to live here was so helpful. And then meeting the staff and there kindness and caring for you I have been so happy with my decision of moving here from San Mateo. The food has been excellent and the different functions we have are alot of fun. Thank you Natalie for all your help and kindni wess we really appreciate you !!!

Enjoyed my tour of this place. All staff was kind and friendly, with most greeting us upon passing. Would definitely send my loved ones here. Highly recommend as a strong contender for independent living in the area

This independent senior living facility is very welcoming and comfortable to be in. The staff is exceptional and is willing to help their residence to the best of their abilities! I would also like to add that the food is great and their holiday parties are fun as well! This is the place to go!

My Uncle lived here. During his stay He did nothing but speak very highly of the experience. The staff at this facility goes over and beyond for all the residents. Kudos to all for your endless dedication.

I have been here a the Landing for a month and this is the first review I ever wanted to give , its first rate and witgi my budget. The staff is excellent and a shout out to Natalie and Nada kudos to them they run this place well. There so much more I could rave about the Food is very good ty u too Suoer women Natalie and Nada

My dad lived here for a few months and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Unfortunately he had to move out due to not being responsible with his finances which is a shame. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate him while he lived there. Neda(sorry if I misspelled) and Natalie couldnt have been kinder and more understanding. My mom and I hoped this would be permanent for him but he just couldnt get his act together. His room and the facility were clean and comfortable and I know he enjoyed his time there.

I relocated myself and my 93-year-old mother from the East Coast to California in Fall 2020 and moved Mum into a one bedroom apartment at The Landing in December. Based on her 3-month residency and my interaction with the Office personnel and senior community, here is what I have come to value about The Landing. - Im impressed by the welcome diversity of the residents and staff. Mum is a transplant from Europe originally and as an ESL newcomer, I am gratified by the demographically mixed and inclusive community. The phrase neighbor helping neighbor is not a provincial cliche here. It is an unexpected reality for Mum, never mind a huge relief for her geographically-stretched family! The conscientious and generous tone is set from the top down. In my view, it is the executive director Natalie and her notably capable administrator Neda, that is the glue that holds everything together. Both are unstintingly engaged, heartful and energetic, never mind professional. Ditto regarding the recreational director Mai who is, again, energetically engaged and creative. Hats off too, to the wonderfully spirited ladies of the kitchen, who, by elected default, are the reliable, three-times-a-day intersection with residents. A delightful recent addition to the staff is Brandon who is the concierge of the facility. I am reassured that Mum has landed at such a safe and welcoming place.

Ive been here three weeks. I am enjoying my senior living. I am new at this . The Landing at Carmichael is helping me out a lot. I am 67 years old and an I am going through a transitional moment in my life and the staff and residents have been great. I am at peace. The residents and management are very helpful. The food is excellent. We have activities all through the week. Lots to do and more interesting people to meet. I am so happy. Joe Lewis

As I enjoyed your dinner this evening I realized even though I thought I was enjoying a Sunday dinner - it was only Wednesday! I visited The Landing at Carmichael. They showed me all the amenities, and I looked at a small studio. It was very nice, but the studio seemed a little small. That was the only thing. It's still acceptable, but it wouldn't be my first choice. The people are nice, and the place itself looks fine, it's nice and clean. I just went there unexpectedly, I didn't have an appointment. Everything about the place but the room size is good. If someone is interested with the place, I could tell them to go ahead and look at the place. The person who gave me the tour was very helpful, nice, and went out of her way to see that all of my questions were answered. There's two of them, and both of them were very pleasant and helpful.

With 2-3 meals and utilities included, you can't go wrong with The Landing in Carmichael. It's grounds are well maintained large redwoods provide a lovely shaded location with a sprinkle of sunlight in a quiet gated place with caring staff. Close to parks, shopping, and much more. I am happy to have found it for my dad.

Sagebrook at Carmichael is not immaculate, but it's nice. The staff is very nice and attentive. My sister is in a one-bedroom apartment and has more space than where she was before. It's a good place. They provide her transportation, serve two meals a day, and pay for her electricity, utilities, and part of her cable.

I thought Sagebrook Senior Living at Carmichael was very nice. I liked it, and I liked the people. However, it's on a very busy street, and I did not like that. The rooms were very nice and very attractive. I liked the place all in all. After lunch while I was there, they had a program going that the residents were all attending. They all seemed very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Sagebrook is a gated community for independent living and memory care. They offer meals for the independent living, and it was very clean and very nice. I liked the fact that it was gated for protection. The dining room was clean and not too large but not too small. It had a kitchen, with an oven and refrigerator, so my mother can cook her meals and go shopping. It had options for meal purchase, but it was pricey.

We chose Sagebrook Senior Living at Carmichael because of the price. The room and the service were beautiful. They really go out of their way to help you out. It was a good place and I would recommend it highly. I had roast pork when I went there and it was good.

We were going to have my mom go into Sagebrook, but she decided not to. Otherwise, it was fine and very basic. For independent living, it cost $1,350 for a one-bedroom apartment and everything else was ala carte, so you have to pay for everything else that you want. You could pay for up to two meals and all your utilities. They had transportation to different places, like doctors' offices, and some activities, but not as many as other communities. They have a full, beautiful kitchen. I liked it a lot.

I put my $500 down, and Im going to go to Sagebrook Senior Living at Carmichael. The carpets were new. It had a nice little patio. There was a good-sized kitchen in the apartment. I only met one woman, and she was very informative, helpful, and very sweet.

Sagebrook was nice, and the manger explained things to me. However, it was too much money for a one-bedroom, and I was looking for a two-bedroom. The residents were a lot older than me, and I'm still active. I was pleased with the walk-through.

I have found Sagebrook of Carmichael for my dad. The staff is wonderful. Dad eats lunch and dinner in the dining room, set up restaurant-style, and he gets a different choice of what he can eat, so thats really great. They just got a new activity director, so theyll be implementing some new activities. Right now during specific days, they do bingo, go to the farmers market on Sundays, take them on shopping trips to Walmart or the grocery store, have game and card nights, and a Happy Hour every day at 3:00, which means they can choose what they want to do. Dads apartment is at the end of the building which, for my preference, is too close to the street, but he doesnt mind. I am most impressed by the staff. If they had an elevator at both ends of the building, that would be great because its a long walk from the elevator to my dads apartment, but I doubt that will happen. They are doing renovations right now.
