VERY disappointed. Management from top unresponsive, not truthful. Staff and employees often working understaffed to increase profit, which causes stress to both staff and residents. Management is useless frequently firing, reducing costs and increasing stress on residents and staff. Repeating hiring, firing, requiring overtime, cancel days off. Although it is obvious Atrea’s goal is profit above all else. Management prefers to fill and refill rooms and raise rents. Ever so easy if they were honest and truthful with Atrea services residents pay for every month.

A friend moved to Carmichael Oaks after the death of her husband in January 2020. At first it was The place. Then there was a management changed and Covid hit and the problems began. Rent increases, problems with the kitchen staff etc. My friend is very unhappy there and it's just a sad situation.

Im so delighted with the amazing staff at Atria Carmichael Oaks! From the staff and directors who have huge hearts and really enjoy what they do - hearts of gold. Beautiful inside, very clean and the food is delicious too and nice to know they have all day dining. Thumbs up to you all!

I would like to commend the Caregivers and Med Techs in the Life Guidance community. I cant single out just one. They all take amazing care of my Mom. There are not enough of them, and they are VERY busy taking care of all the residents. They do not get enough credit for what they do. Only a certain type of person can do what they do. I thank them every chance I get. Some quit recently because they just cant handle the stress of the job. That leaves the rest of them VERY shorthanded, and working overtime. But they do it! Certainly not for the pay, because that is NOTHING! They deserve a VERY large thank you from EVERYONE!!
