Canyon Trails is a beautiful facility; Working in a medical field as a hospice nurse for years, there's a so much emotions, needs and care that is needed to give and provide; i can honestly say that this facility never fails to provide a quality of care in regards to i think their main core services and these are continuity of care, accommodations, security, meals, supervision, assistance with activities of daily living and customer service. In this facility i can assure that all patients always feel like its home.

Canyon Trails is a wonderful assisted living filled with caregiving staff that takes excellent care of there residence. I've been a visiting nurse coming to this facility for a long time and I always find the med techs, Jennifer and Kevin, and wellness director, Lilliana to be very on top of what is going on with each resident that I have cared for. The front desk staff is always welcoming, and it's never hard to find someone within the facility to assist you with any needs. I always look forward to going to Canyon Trails AL.

Jeanette, Sandra & RN Lillianna made this entire process such a good & positive transition for my mother in law. My husband & I so appreciate every situation they helped us through. Jeanette even handled demanding family members with many requests & questions & was able to put them at ease. She is very intuitive & has an extremely calming yet efficient presence. We had a family emergency and needed a place fast. As soon as we moved our member in, we knew we were in the best place. Each team member was unbelievable caring compassion, and very supportive to all our needs. We could not have asked for a better experience for the short stay our family member was in care. We attended the Passover dinner with our mother, Sema Simshauser, at Canyon Trails. Susan and Martha went above and beyond to make this a special experience for everyone. The reading of the Haggadah, the homemade dinner and desserts... so much care and attention was put into all of the details to make everyone feel special and have a wonderful holiday.

After touring several assisted living facilities for our parents we decided Canyon Trails was the right fit. The staff are very friendly and supportive to all of our needs and the level of care has exceeded our expectations. It’s been two months and mom and dad have settled in wonderfully. If you are looking for a place for your loved one to feel safe and comfortable this is the the place!!

This is just my review of the tour I received today. I am in the early stages of looking for an assisted living/memory care facility for my mom. This whole process is very new to me and is rather daunting and stressful for me and my family. My mom has lived alone for years, but recent events have led us to consider having her moved into an assisted living/memory care facility. I've toured a few places, but the high pressure sales tactics were gross. They want you to sign the papers that day, like a used care salesman would have you do. And if you don't, they call you relentlessly. Those tactics make me feel like they aren't really listening to my concerns and to my mom's needs and just want to make the sale. I did not feel that way at all with my tour with Jeanette. She was so patient and kind and really seemed like she was passionate about her work and cared for the residents. It was not all about making a sale for her. She was matter of fact and educated me on the process. There was no hard sell at the end of the tour, which was awesome. I have a lot to think about, but Canyon Trails is definitely a contender for me! P.S. The facility was very nice as well!

Our situation was not unique. My father in law would not consider moving out of his home and refused to visit any Assisted Living facility. At 97 years of age he needed more care than we could give him. He found the loving and caring he needed at Canyon Trails and was so happy to be there on the first morning he moved in. Trust your loved ones without hesitation to Susan and all her staff. They allowed my father in law to smile and be happy again. He has gotten so much attention and love from the staff that it is smiles all the time.

I can't say enough good things about Canyon Trails. My mom has lived here since March of 2022. She has made good friends, participates in daily activities, and has access to healthy meals all day long. The staff is darling and truly go out of the way to care for the residents. The director is attentive and always involved. Her husband even makes special appearances. 🙂 The front desk is always aware, and helpful. My favorite part is that they update their Facebook page often so I can see my mom enjoying her days. Thanks for making her time special Canyon Trails!

I’ve been to Canyon Trails multiple times and every time I am still amazed by how clean and lovely the place is. Susan is a fireball as well as her staff, they are some of the most sweetest people you’ll meet. I will definitely recommend Canyon Trails to family and friends!!!

We have been at Canyon Trail for two weeks now. It's been an amazing transformation for my Mom. She has made friends, does daily activities, has encouragement from staff and three meals she actually enjoys! It is really a new life. The outside yard area is huge and gorgeous with plenty of seating. I think having that outdoor access is key. We could not be happier. Staff is lovely. A few hiccups in the beginning but honestly nothing big. Very clean and smells clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for assisted to memory care.

Mom is at Canyon trails in the memory care section due to having dementia. In the last year and a half my family has been very happy with the care or mom has been getting. Due to COVID-19 we depend on the staff to keep us updated on mom‘s condition and they have been great. The med techs Diane and Sandra have been especially helpful in keeping us up-to-date on any changes in mom‘s behaviors. We are thankful to have mom here where she is safe and getting the care she needs.

As I entered the community there were smiles and happy faces from both the seniors living there and employees. Many of the residents were engaged in various activities and vibe was so friendly. Theyve recently completed a beautiful remodel so environment is bright, cheerful and welcoming.

Making the decision to place both parents to a memory care was heartbreaking, emotional, and difficult. Finding Canyon Trails Assisted Living and Memory Care was a relief. Lori Rolat, Senior Director, and Monica Chavez LVN, Generations Program Director, assisted in the transition for Mom and Dad helping with evaluations, suggestions for movers, touring, meeting other residents, staff, helping solidify our decision. Not only does the staff go above and beyond with care, activities, and management of their everyday medical needs. They love the food and making friends. Mom even helps with placing flowers in the dining areas, which she loves. Dad plays poker, mom loves her Bingo. They stretch and flex with Martha. The med techs are on top of dads medications. Dr. Lefferman, the house doctor, calls often to keep us in the loop of all medical happening. Ivan, one of the caretakers, takes mom and dad on drives, movies, restaurants, giving them a active life that was not happening before the move. Ivan is so great with the both of them, that all they talk about is him! My brother and I feel extremely blessed to have found Canyon Trails.

My mom and dad moved in not quite a year ago, after my dad fell and broke his femur. Dad had to be in a wheelchair for months his care was amazing!! Dad is now walking with a walker and mom has dementia, they have all levels of care and activities, outings, games. There is a movie theater room, a hair salon, and bistro. this place is clean, The team is amazing. Weve had a wonderful experience here. Theyre very family oriented, they bend over backwards to make you and your loved ones happy. My parents were even able to bring their sweet dog Bella who lives with them and assisted-living, this has made all the difference in the world for them. Come by and check the place out : ) Tell them I sent you.

Ive photographed many assisted living facilities in California and this is one of the nicer ones. Its very clean. The staff is super friendly and professional. I was impressed how they treated their residents. It has a great vibe and its a place that I would feel comfortable entrusting my loved one to their care. If you live in the valley, Id definitely give Canyon Trails some serious consideration.
