Loving and caring staff...my mom had a much easier time moving in here than we expected! Staff is hardworking, fun, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do and like working here. Expect to be welcomed in by name and made to feel at home once your loved one moves in - you gain an instant family. Families have their ups and downs, but they'll always have your loved ones best interest at heart! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do!

My father went into Sunrise after a hospitalization that caused him to be put on hospice and in memory care. With my Dad being very dependent at that time, Sunrise was just wonderful at helping get him situated quickly, caring for all of his needs and helping him adjust to the community. All of the staff are so caring and professional and have such a wonderful way of dealing with families when they are anxious. They work to calm situations and are so great with the residents. The facility is very clean, thanks to housekeeping, and all people who work there are so warm, friendly and accommodating. We appreciated Sunrise so much during a difficult time.

Very pleasant and welcoming environment. The team at Sunrise is very knowledgable of the services and programming they provide. They ensure that the residents needs are their top priority. It feels like a home away from home. Every detail, from decors to meal planning to activities has been given special attention. The best part about Sunrise of Burlingame is that one can sense that there is genuine and loving care care by the staff. The residents feel special and thats what counts.
