We are a senior downsizing and relocation company and we love moving our senior clients into this community! It's like a gorgeous hotel. The one and two bedrooms are ample in space. The caregivers are caring and genuine. There's easy parking for guesgs (always a plus) and the food is good (not always the case with senior communities). The clients we move in happy (we never move people out of there!). Well done Ivy Park!!

We chose The Heights for our mom and couldn't be more pleased with our choice. The Heights by far is the cleanest and most caring of the facilities that we have visited. Michael helped us pick out the perfect room for our mom. He went over all of the activities and services that were available to her in the price of the room. Nurse Olivia has always addressed our concerns and helped us when an issue arises. She is caring and truly listens. Last but not least there is Vanita. Vanita is the front desk receptionist who always greets us with a smile and knows us by name. Plus the countless others that help our mom with so much patience and kindness. Thank you to The Heights for hiring such a wonderful team of people that help our mom and the rest of the elderly on a daily basis.

I visited The Heights in Burbank and met with Dawn Smith, the executive director. I wanted to take a look at the senior community and get a feel for it before placing my mom. I simply can't say enough about my experience with Dawn! Dawn is a nurse by profession, who is now devoting herself to the elderly. She spoke with me on the telephone prior to my visit for at least 20 minutes and was so informative and made me feel at ease. Once I arrived and met her in person, the experience just escalated in every way. Dawn was so kind, compassionate and caring and it was apparent to me that she was not "selling" me in placing my mom at the Heights, but rather giving me information that might help me to make a very difficult informed decision. Dawn took me around and showed me the entire community which was absolutely gorgeous! I'd I had to compare it to something, I would say it was similar to a Four Seasons Hotel. If I decide to place my mother anywhere, the Heights would be the place! Thank you again Dawn for being you. Karen Rothstein
