They took care of my Dad for a short time and they were absolutely amazing, GP was great and was great at communication with everything, it would be hard to find a better place, I knew my Dad was being taking care of here, would highly recommend, if you are lucky enough to find an opening

If you want your loved one to be placed in a home where everyone is treated as family, you couldn’t find a better home away from home. My mother lived at this facility for three years. During that time i was able to relax knowing she was in good hands. The staff is so caring and attentive to needs of all. And the owner/director GP is the best. He will work hard to ensure each and everyone’s needs are met. The residents as well as the families and staff are treated to monthly birthday and holiday celebrations. I know my mother and others looked forward to the celebrations with food, cakes and bingo games. In the time my mother was there I got to know each and every resident so when I visited 2-3 days a week I would host bingo games that everyone looked forward to. My mother was so happy at the Joy Senior Center and would still be there today had her Alzheimer’s had not progressed to an extent beyond what the facility could provide. Kudos to GP and the staff for all they do for the house family. Our time there was truly a great experience. Thank you all Sheila Stalder

I’ve lived here since May 27, 2017 and have been well taken care of here by both the staff and and owners who ask how can assist you in living here daily, I am a resident full time.

GP the owner and his staff have been taking care of my father for the past 3years shy. The love and care for my father at GP’s Joy Senior Care Center is amongst the most elite Senior Care residencies & incredible to see. The small family environment residency is what best caught our interest & for the given price. Unfortunately Uncle Sam considers us rich & we do not qualify for any government assistance. GP the owner gave us the greatest deal in the Bay Area without a segregated household where they separate the healthiest to the not so healthy. There’s no segregation & favoritism within this household what so ever in this multi cultural environment. Each resident is treated with the upmost respect, dignity & compassion. My father suffers from Multiple Sclerosis & Dementia; GP & his staff have been very compassionate in their care & their pricing and treats us better then…& like family. They have random bingo nights, movie days & nights, holiday dinners where immediate family is invited & helps us get through the Holidays with the warm holiday greetings by residents, staff and GP himself. Thank you for giving us comfort in a very hard job that you and your staff do with constant vigilance of my father and his needs medically, nutritionally, in a clean & sanitary environment. I totally recommend Joy Senior Center for your loved ones where you can have peace of mind.

We cannot thank owner GP enough for everything that he did for us in caring for my grandfather. Anything that we needed & that my grandfather needed he was always available. We had to move my grandfather from a larger assisted living due to them neglecting him during COVID. Thanks to GP my grandfather was able to live his last month of life comfortable and well taken care of. We did not expect to lose him so fast but due to the severe neglect from the other assisted living there was nothing we could do as he was 95 years old. Thank you GP and your staff for being so nice and attentive. My family and I would definitely recommend Joy Senior Center.

We were lucky to find Joy Senior Center when we were no long able to care for our dad at home. Joy Senior Center feels more like a home than a center. Very clean, lots of windows, and a very caring staff. GP went out of his way to make sure my dad was comfortable and helped him adjust. We appreciated the updates and photos from GP and his staff. The other residents were very friendly and my dad made some friends quickly. GP has arranged for virtual visits for family now too which is nice when visitation needs to be limited. I highly recommend Joy Senior Center and felt very comfortable that my dad was taken care of there.

My aunt is a resident of the Joy Senior Center in Brentwood, Ca. She has told me how much she enjoys the staff and the superb care she receives from the caring staff there. GP Mathura, the owner, manager takes a special interest in each of the residents making sure their needs are met and that they are happy. My Aunt is 96 and needs special care. I never worry about her with GP and the caring staff watching over her! I highly recommend this care facility for your loved one!

GP and his staff at Joy Senior Center have made the transition of senior care for my dad an enjoyable experience and are very accommodating. Im pleased with the services they provide and am glad that our family made the decision to move my dad here.
