My mother lived at Watermark for close to 3 years before she passed away in October 2019. The facility and staff are excellent. The culture is caring, nurturing and safe. My sisters and I were always able to communicate with Executive Director Jill, department directors, and health-wellness caregivers. We highly recommend Watermark of Beverly Hills.

I've been teaching Qigong for seniors at the Watermark in Beverly Hills for over a year and it has been a wonderful experience. The facility is located in beautiful tree lined neighborhood with lots of wonderful energy. Its a warm homey environment and the staff is super supportive and attentive to everyone's needs. I always look forward to teaching class there and sharing quality time together.

I moved my Dad here about three weeks ago and at first he didn't want to stay. After visiting with him everyday for a couple of weeks, and him settling in, he now really likes it. He is making friends and participates in activities and loves bingo. The staff has been great, very friendly and extremely helpful. I now feel comfortable leaving him there with no worries. He wanted to be independent but have help available when he needs it. He loves the food which is prepared by a professional chef. He hasn't missed a meal yet! This is the best place for him. I would recommend it highly as a great facility. I also like that it is a small community and has a great inviting atmosphere when you walk in, and my Dad feels at home.

I am currently a director intern at the Watermark at Beverly Hills, and think that it is a great place to work. I have worked at two other communities that serve the elderly, and really appreciate the opportunity at this location to increase my experience in how the directorship works together to oversee operations, as well as be mentored in the different areas. Everyone is so friendly and attentive; they always have smiling faces! The Executive Director Jill Ford and all of her staff deserve a 5-star rating. The Activity Director Jessica Klascius has been helpful in involving me in their community life as both an instructor and valued directorship intern. By the way, the food here is delicious and the service very good as well! I have a lot of fun interacting with the elderly as I teach classes, play games, and get to know everyone. It has been a great experience so far and I am learning a lot about how a great community works.

So far, things are going very well for my grandmother. The meals that they are very good. The community is clean and well maintained. The only thing we are disappointed in is the transportation. The transportation was what sold us to this community and we had to pay an extra deposit, but they only have one driver and it is very hard to get a scheduled time to use them.

This community did not have an opening when we took our tour so we only saw a few areas of the community. From what I saw the community was clean and nice. The community felt a little more formal than we were looking for. The staff were nice.
