There is no security and items go missing frequently. When theft is reported, nothing is done. Further, when reviews are posted they are seldom put on this website.

I find everything whatever I need to go

It’s gotten pretty bad ,mainly with homeless people they come on here and in here and try to take over we need some type of security to keep that part down . I’m grateful to have a place to stay but now rent is getting to high for me to be able to stay here maybe one more year is all I have left they need to upgrade on this place to make it feel like it’s worth staying here or rent here food has gone downhill I don’t like making bad reviews but I hope it helps pinewood Glen to improve for everyone who lives here feel more comfortable and feel they have a voice and that voice is heard. I been living here coming on 2 year’s in July and nothing for the elderly has changed for the good

The atmosphere is very calm and friendly. Very clean and staff very helpful. I would refer anyone to Pinewood.

Not counting last sunday's murder, a lot of people here don't follow the rules. Their are a certain amount of people smoking in their rooms, and if they should fall asleep, they endanger others. P:eople speeding by lobby and dining room full speed on their scooters, people leaving the outside doors open so they can go in and out, food service can be slow because people, starting half an hour before meals, visit the staff trying to get breakfasts ready, wanting coffee and water before meal time, etc, People that let their dogs run loose outside, and or don't pick up there poo, etc. There is more to it, but we tell Grace, she tells the people, and they flat out ignore her, which to me, is like giving Grace a slap in the fast, disrespecting the rules. Also Grace has friday thru monday off, so we are basically on our own if something happens--and a lot of theft of our personal property by "fellow" tenants. Thank YOu--------------#207
