My great uncle was there for good while and no complaints with staff because my uncle had high praise. Not on the best side of town and although I’ve never seen any on the property, lot of homeless in the area. Only cons is the parking is difficult and not exactly sure why they thought it’d be a good idea to have a steep incline where a wheelchair bound person can easily lose control so that is only reason for minus one star.

My mom just moved in one of the cottages and she speaks highly of the staff she has encountered they have made her feel comfortable which im thankful to them for ALEX,ANGEL,&MELISSA also i have yet to see the main building but my brother and son have and say its very clean the resident's I've seen and talk to are nice and i just really appreciate how pleasant the whole place is thanks for everything Columbus Estates

Visited some seniors there and it was really pleasant everybody helpful it's on a hill so be careful how are you walking in the parking lot but English was spoken throughout so that's very helpful to us gringos

Nice affordable facility for Independent Living. There are Assisted Living caregivers with Affiliated or unaffiliated companies that work out of the same location. From personal experience with my father I could recommend Bertha loving care as one. The staff is great and they encourage visits by family. Family can even stay a few extra days at an apartment reserved for that purpose as of my last inquiry into this area. My father is in spast, but I believe that this is a good option for independent seniors as well as those needed a modest to reasonable amount of living assistance.

Very friendly management, very clean, and the food is fantastic!! My folks just moved there and they love it. Quite literally dozens of activities every week, from movies to games, and transportation is provided. One of the first things I noticed was that it does not have that old person smell. And the food is fantastic! Go in and try it.
