Mostly good. The resident I visit seems happy. The sophisticated sign in process never works because the scanner is always off. This makes the app useless. Please fix this.

I have been visiting a friend's mom here who moved in not long ago, and I must say, she is very happy! It is very home like here, staff is friendly and caring. But most of all, I appreciate an individual there that keeps her busy, the Activity Ditector Miss Brenda, she took the time to get to know my friends mom, keeps her busy whether it's with a good game of Bingo or going out into the community, we love it!

My father moved in in 2015. At first this facility was ok. They took really great care of my father but as years went on and staff kept changing, the quality started to decline. When the pandemic hit they stop doing their job and quality was nonexistent. I can get father out of this place fast enough. My dads room smells, things are missing from his room, I have to call or show up all the time to make sure he receives his weekly showers. All the management changed in 2020. Staff turn over is high. Im always meeting new faces in the staff. I visit my dad at least twice a week before the pandemic and im always call to check on my dad. Im happy to say im moving him out today. Update: At the time I wrote the first review I was so angry with the level of care given to my the last year he was there that I forgot to mention the best part of my father stay there. William, who at the time was the front office manager, was a blessing. Always showed compassion to my father and kept a smile on his face. I truly hope this facility is under better management since the pandemic.

Came to take a tour for my aunt. The community is situated in the middle of a good, quiet neighborhood, across the street from a beautiful park and tennis courts. There was a large parking lot, plenty of street parking, and parking across the street at the park. The building is very clean, quiet, cozy, has a warm ambiance.Marco gave me the tour. He is a wealth of information and very personable. Anything I asked him, he answered with confidence, and if he didnt know the answer, he did thorough research to find out and get the information to me in a timely manner.From what Ive seen so far, it seems like the retirement communities in this area are either on one end of the spectrum, targeting a lower-income population and providing less amenities, or on the other end, targeting very wealthy families who can afford to pay 10K+-month for luxury and hotel style care and amenities. This community seems to be the only one in the middle, with very competitive rates, but a nicer, cleaner, calmer building than the others with similar rates. Also, their pricing is all-inclusive, not a la carte like many of the other places Ive toured, so thats a huge perk for my aunt.Overall, I got a very nice impression of this place. Marco is always available to answer my followup questions, and I think my aunt would be very comfortable here.

I am so happy to have my grandma there. Shes been there since 2016. Before this Covid pandemic we would visit her 2-3 times a week. We were always welcomed with open arms. My grandma is always happy and tells us how great the staff are to her. My family and I cant wait for this pandemic is over so we can visit her again. Thank you to the entire staff for taking good care of our Precious Grandma.

Former mother-in-law was a resident here for many years and extremely happy and safe.Well cared for and have developed many friends there as well, Staff was amazing from Administration to caregivers to the Housekeeping everybody was so wonderful and attentive to my mother-in-laws needs I could never ask for another assistant living then Santa Anita

Grandfather stayed here and the staff was very helpful and kind. Treated my grandfather and my family with respect and helped with anything we needed. This facility is located in a nice neighborhood. Could not recommend another facility.

My family and i are very satisfied with the care my uncle had during his stay at the assisted living.He really enjoyed the food and care he received during his stay. he felt like he was at home with the care the caretakers gave him. i highly recommend this facility.

We love how Anna, Cynthia, Alex, Norma -and Marco of SARC look out for our precious beloved Mother, Auntee, and grandma. The facility is well maintained and all the residents are thoroughly looked after with the utmost of dignity care and respect. We appreciate the team.

My grandfather has been staying here for the last year and the staff has been wonderful. They take care of him like i would, overall the facility is well taken care and clean. I cant recommend this Retirement center enough.
