I was an employee here and the owners and carestaff actually care about the residents, they would go above and beyond to not only make the residents feel like their home away from home but also family members. The meals are amazing, there's also exercise and activities. I definitely give this place 5 stars.

No amount of stars would be enough to describe how our family feels about our Zannat family! About 3 months ago, we made the decision to move my brother into this wonderfully warm and comfortable home. The directors and staff are amazingly kind, caring and loving. We have been so impressed by and appreciative of how in tune they are with their residents. They pay great attention to detail and quickly address any needs or wants the residents may have. They communicate as needed and always respond timely. We have been so happy knowing that my brother is treated like one of their own. We are so very grateful for everyone there....who they are and all they do. Thank you!!!!

If you go to a restaurant and have amazing food but you have horrible service, then it kills your dining experience right ? This place delivers on what they provide and they are amazing people. You have people who are willing to go above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Their name definitely emphasizes on the "care" Highly recommend this place if you're looking.

I rarely write reviews, but when I do it's because someone has really gone above and beyond or the total opposite. My mother in law lived with us for 5 years and her dementia was progressing to the point where we could no longer have her live with use for a variety of reasons. We struggled with the decision to place her in a home. The first place I considered placing her with (after interviewing her) told me they would only consider taking her on a two week trial because they feared she would disrupt their other clients. I kept praying to God that he would lead me to the right decision for what was best for her and our family. Eventually, I was led to Zannat Board & Care and met with Nadi, Jinder, and Fe. Immediately I felt that my prayers had been answered. When they interviewed her (as expected my mother in law caused a scene) and I was sure they were going to say the same thing the first place did. But they didn't - not only did they take great care of my mother in law, but they took great care of my family. My mother in law was feisty and gave them a run for their money. Never did they give up on her or us. They guided us in getting the best care for her dementia. Eventually my mother was placed on hospice and they helped us every step of the way. The night my mother in law passed away they stayed with us and allowed us to share stories about my mother in law and we took great comfort in knowing that she got to hear all of the stories before she passed and that she was not alone. It has now been a little over a month since she passed and although I kept wondering if we had kept her in our house if things would have turned out different, but looking back I realize that it was a bad situation and moving her to Zannat was the best option. I will forever be grateful to the entire Zannat team. If you are at your wit's end, feeling guilty about what to do with your loved one and unsure about where to turn too, I highly recommend that you call Zannat.
