I have been working here at Brookdale for a short time, but I immediately felt like I was part of a family. Staff is super friendly and attentive. I am always greeted with a smile upon entering the community by a receptionist. Our ED is friendly and very responsive. Our sales team is thorough and love helping seniors find the right home.

As a healthcare provider, I have ALOT of daily interactions with many Assisted Living Facilities. I can honestly say that this Brookdale is one of the BEST I've worked with in over 20 years of experience. I recently moved my dear uncle into this facility, from out of state, and the whole team has been just fabulous to work with! The entire staff is lovely. Sending a special shout out to both Jason and Troy for all their attentive and kind support. Highly recommend.

Troy Byington has been our director here at Anaheim, California for 3 years, and we here at Brookdale Anaheim hope he will be here for many years. I've been a resident here for 8 years. During those years I've been a resident, I have known 3 directors, Troy being the last one and by far the most able. He does not just stay in his office all day. He visits with us and sees to our wants and needs. He is so approachable and kind. He stops by our tables during meals and is so comfortable speaking with us and seeing to our wants and needs. He regularly sends us emails telling us who is new to our building, whether new residents or staff. He keeps us informed about what is going on. I hope he stays here a very long time because he has made living here a very enjoyable, safe, and informed time.

My Dad spent almost one year at Brookdale Anaheim and we had a good experience all around. I felt that they scheduled a lot of activities for the residents from outdoor BBQs with a band, to games inside, workout classes, Wii bowling and even classes about cyber security and how to protect yourself against cyber crime and fraud. My Dad really appreciated the outdoor courtyard which was well manicured with beautiful flowers and plants. The staff members were very kind and helpful and we really appreciate everything they did for my Dad. I would recommend Brookdale Anaheim.

From the first conversation with Gabriel I was impressed. After our tour I was hooked, my father who turns 83 this month suffers from the early stages of dementia moved in within days. He was confused and scared and almost immediately they made him feel at home. With regular checks on him great food and a wonderful staff. Even the residents seem very happy. God bless you Gabriel, and A huge shout out to A Place For Mom and Sara for directing me here. I feel my dad is in good hands.

I rarely give five stars anywhere, a place would have to be absolutely perfect and I feel no where is. I am posting excerpts from a letter I recently sent to the Executive Director of Brookdale, Anaheim (January 2020) and after reading some of the low reviews of this facility, I felt that, at this time, for my family, these comments offer a more positive outlook.To TROY BYINGTON, Brookdale, AnaheimCC to the Clare Bridge Staff Mink, Claudia, Amanda, Ana, all caregivers and medtechsMy mom was recently visited by her Nurse Practitioner, a medical care person who has visited Brookdale several times over the last few years. The NP called me after the visit and she offered I dont know what has happened to the Clare Bridge wing at Brookdale, Anaheim over the last year or so but there is a definite upbeat, positive energy that one can almost feel when walking through that wing. Much improved than in years past. The residents are more engaged and not just sitting around with long faces. There seems to be more activities offered, more participation, more interest shown in participating. She went on to say my mom was healthy, clean, well-dressed, is eating well, enjoys the food and is thriving. The NP also noticed more laughing among residents, she saw more contentment with little agitation.My mom is 97 years old and has been at this facility for five years, the last year in the Clare Bridge wing and I am so thankful to Troy and his staff for keeping her happy and healthy which keeps me happy.

i love it here. working here almost a yr and i love. the supervisors claudia, mink are so dependable and easy to talk to.. maricka at the front desk is a Saint.. love her. Evelynn really engages in the residents with activites and the caregivers work hard and my MT team is the best.

My father was a resident at Brookdale Anaheim. He has a wonderful experience there, as did I. The staff are not only professional, they are extremely caring. They regularly went out of their way to make his time there comfortable and warm. I would highly recommend Brookdale Anaheim.

This place is great, clean bright and airy, the caregivers are wonderful, and my grandmother says the food is great. I love that they have so many activities, and the even have happy hour social! I recommend visiting around 330 on a Thursday or Friday

My mom was bedridden before she came here. Yesterday she walked by herself to the store. The progress shes made is amazing and its specifically due to this facility and the assistance she receives on a daily basis. I couldnt be happier!

My mother, Vi Olson, was a resident of Brookdale in Anaheim on Dale St. She was in the memory care unit. She was there for 10 months. The care givers were fantastic, especially the first shift. They treated my mother with dignity and love. I would recommend in a flash. Thank you Lynne, Yolanda, Elka, Beatriz and everyone else. Miss you all.
