I have been a resident of Beach Creek Post Acute Care twice since November 2025 for a total of six and a half months and I would like to share my experience. The facility itself is modern with up to date equipment and kept very clean. The staff is just wonderful in every department. Each resident is treated with respect, kindness and compassion. Each employee is well trained and knows what they are doing. They do their jobs efficiently, without complaint and go out of their way to make you as happy and comfortable as possible. It's amazing, due to their hard work, how much progress I have made and how much better I feel since arriving and I cannot thank them enough. Thanks for listening. Mike Pfirrman

I would definitely recommend this place. My Mom was there after a trauma. Great nurses and support staff, great care bridge to the services, great friendly people who really care. Compared to others I looked at beach creek is not nursing home depressing. Some stand out staff there! Clean and bright, not crowded, fresh atmosphere, good place!

I previously shared an unflattering review based on a negative experience with a phone operator; however, given the company's immediate response and sincere attempt to resolve the matter, I feel it is important to provide a more balanced perspective. It is clear that my initial experience was an isolated incident that the facility does not tolerate. Based on the fact that the company took such swift action over a phone call, I am confident that your loved ones would be in good hands here. This facility took care of both of my neighbor's parents, and I originally contacted them based on his high recommendation. We found the right place to recover. We hope you will do the same. Everything there is perfect, bright and Clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff is attentive to patients needs. Nurses pay attention to the patients and their meds. Food is GREAT dietary needs are carefully monitored. Social services couldn’t be more helpful. PT IS THE BEST! Everyone is so happy and helpful. If you care about your loved ones this is where they should be!

My friend had to find placement for his grandma and they chose Beach Creek. The facility was amazing. When you walk in the front lobby looks like a 5 star hotel and it looks like that throughout the facility. Food is excellent, nurses are friendly, and my friends grandma was well taken care of.

Now that our loved one needs care, we chose your facility to take care of her. We are very impressed with the new Beach Creek facility, everything is fresh and clean. The facility is always clean and well lit. The staff are always greeting the residents with a smile. When I round the facility I see residents actively participating in their therapy and positive comments about their care. Lots of dedicated nursing staff at the facility.

My mom was just recently here, she had a severe stroke and came to Beach Creek after her hospital stay. Everyone from admin (Charlene) to nursing staff (Marta) and all the other nurses were wonderful and caring with my mom. The facility is very clean. I have no complaints. Thank you Beach Creek.

My experience in the rehab it was wonderful and the people are nice and kind things that I need everyday always be there, All the employees they listen to the things that I said and they listen to story that's what I like about them because they care for the patients and listen to them it's hard to mention there name,but I can say they're all nice and the patients too,I give them A+ like I said to the some of the employees if I was a billionaire I give them the raise,Thank you from the bottom of my heart,By the way this is my mom !!!

We transferred mom here from another place where she was being neglected. Her health was in bad shape as a result. The care mom is getting at West Anaheim Extended Care is outstanding all the people here are extremely helpful and nice which is great because mom has been a bit difficult. I recommend this place to anybody looking to get short term or long term care for family member.

I don't have any other skilled nursing facilities to compare our experience to, but we have been very pleased with WAEC. The employees here are very caring and have done an excellent job during this pandemic...especially the Activities Department.

The nurses and staff here are amazing. They took care of my dad for the last 10 months of his life so well. It's clean, safe, and just a well organized place. We were very blessed that we found this place.

My mother-in-law has been in the facility twice within the past year. It has been a very positive experience and she definitely improves while in their care. One thing I really appreciate is that they keep family involved and informed. When I visit, staff frequently drops in to do follow ups with patients and they usually have pen and paper to record any comments. They are very proactive and on top of any concerns that either the family or patient might have. It is an excellent care facility and they go out of their way to ensure that each resident is as comfortable and content as possible, given the situation.

I honestly don't know much a this place but I do know a lot of people pass away there because emergency ambulances are constantly going there without the flashing lights & screaming sirens. I take that alone as a bad sign.
