CNA'S are helpful. FOOD is actually pretty good..chicken mol'e,enchiladas,tamales,chicken fried steak etc..Smoking allowed here at designated times..obtaining some equipment can be.problematic at times,wheelchairs,walkers.various PT items..Not a bad place..Only.draw back. Is lost or stolen clothes OFTEN.. I've lost at.least 11 shirts since MARCH 16 2023.. 2 WERE replaced.....MARK.your clothes or your loved ones before you bring clothes to facility......I've been to 5 places since 2017...This facility comes in 2nd.....

I want to write a review mostly about Andrea Romero. Due to an insurance issue and waiting our dad got taken straight from the hospital to a not so great place in a not so great neighborhood. We were eager to get him out , but the day this happened , I found two open beds , this place and another and I definitely went with this place due to Andrea's hospitality and care. I think all the staff I met are not just their doing their jobs , clocking in and out , not at all , so far we have been shown that each and every staff member we have come into contact with cares for the patients well being in addition to what the family wants. Andrea had our dad over there within 12 hours of signing forms and I can't praise God enough for that , but she put in some work ! She didn't even care about when we wanted to contact her always being available !! She continues to be extremely helpful with all that we need and we met some people on physical therapy team that seem very nice as well. As soon as I put my request in for personal care for dad, whatever it was was taken care of of course we want to take care of our loved ones the best that we can and dad has been there for less than a month but you know that the patient doesn't want to be there. They want to be home last time I went to be able to see dad laughing at some thing it's just a huge change. He's got color in his face again he looks like he's been eating better than the last 6 weeks in the hospital or anywhere else before he even came she had a special air mattress delivered for him the next day I mean just above and beyond. Thank you so much Andrea and your team. I truly hope that you are with Anaheim Ter for a long time because the level of the care that you give is wonderful thank you so much.

I visit my friend who staying there. They only taken shower for him on Tuesday May 02 up today May 12 - 11days no shower, Although I remind them (up today at least 4 times ) , they said at least 2 times/week," said yes, yes", noted to schedule but no action for 11 days. Staying there no exercise too, no therapy ( may be need insurance cover) for him. do not have acnes at armpits, now many , when reminded , only one time they did power, and no more. He was tired, do not want ask anything more with them.. I admire people who are working here, but need improved your service. thank you.

My father has been in this place for about a month. it was the first time he every been in a care center. he didn't like to stay at the facility but all staff was great to the family. specially Nurse Sarah, Cindy, social worker, physical therapy specialist. they made sure everything has been communicated with the family. I greatly appreciated all their kindness.

The nursing staff and the entire team here has been incredible. The nurses are very caring and treat your family as if they were their own. Anaheim Terrace took such great care of my mother. I highly recommend their services.

This is my fathers second time in this facility and I must say it has improved tremendously. I was told it's under new management and I can totally tell the difference in care. The staff is more caring and attentive than 3 years ago. Everyone is very nice. I will definitely recommend this facility despite their precious reputation

Big thank you to Maria in admissions, Jessica and Andrea. I was in need of a nursing home because I couldn't take care of my father anymore. I called anaheim terrace and Maria was so helpful; whereas, other nursing homes shut me down right away. She listened to my concerns and was able to bring my father to the facility. Any questions or concerns she's a phone call or text away. Whenever I call on the weekends Jessica and Andrea are very helpful. I'm pleased my father is in a place where people care.
