My mother has been at No. Lake Villas for several years and I can attest to the care being consistently above the norm. I’ve managed my mother’s health for over 12 years, as her memory declined, and have moved her to several different memory care places during that time, but No. Lake Villas is a home, not just another Senior Living Center. The caregivers really do care, the way you care for your family member. The caregivers are responsive to my requests, if I need to change her diet or schedule a doctor visit. They call me back promptly and communicated with me throughout Covid when I could not visit. The wonderful staff is really the No. 1 reason why I highly recommend No. Lake Villas, but I cannot fail to mention how clean it always is. The rooms are bright and inviting. Cleanliness is so important and its always fresh and clean every time I visit, without fail. My mother is happy, comfortable and so well cared for. The food is wonderful (and my Mother really likes it) and they accommodate any special needs. I’ve asked for something different if needed and there was never a problem. Communication from staff is another key factor. I am contacted regularly with any changes and updates; I can contact staff or the owner directly which is so helpful. I know how my mother is doing on the days I cannot visit. No matter when I visit (visiting hours are open, so you can always see how well your family member is doing) which is about 2-3 times a week, & and its always fresh smelling, clean and neat. I’ve gotten to know the other residents and see that they are just as well cared for as my mother. Thank you to the entire North Lake Villa staff for making a safe home for my mother. Everyone had to evacuate for the Altadena Fires and once everything was painted, replaced and/or cleaned we returned and my mother, who does not talk a lot, clearly was happy and comfortable to be back in her home. That is what No. Lake Villas is – it’s a home where everyone cares about your family member.

North Lake Villa is an exceptional residential elderly care home that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, engaging activities, and exceptional services for your loved ones. Our family had the pleasure of choosing North Lake Villa for our lovely aunt who recently suffered a stroke and required assistance living. We searched for a place that would provide a comfortable living environment with engaging activities, and North Lake Villa exceeded our expectations. The friendly staff, led by Nurit, warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the beautiful facility. The cleanliness and ambiance of the place were just right, and we were impressed by the special attention to safety. North Lake Villa's exceptional staff, clean and well-maintained environment, delicious and healthy meals, and a variety of engaging activities made it the perfect choice for our aunt. We are grateful to have found North Lake Villa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a residential elderly care home. Thank you, North Lake Villa, from the bottom of our hearts. The staff here is so amazing, they truly care for their residents and they go above and beyond! I'm sad my dad had to be transitioned to a care facility, but seeing first hand the care they provide, gives me comfort. The owner is also super great and easily accessible to speak to.

North Lake Villa is a truly a blessing. It has a kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff. Altzheimers is their specialty and thats what my husband was diagnosed with. The facility and grounds are beautiful! There is a covered patio area with chairs set up. This is where they exercise and do yoga. The owners wife is a yoga instructor and she teaches the yoga classes. There is also a lovely green lawn out front, set up with lawn furniture, like umbrellas and chairs. The residents can go out there to take in some sun, read, or watch the birds with the scenic mountains in the background. They also play Turner Classic Movies, on-going. They serve three hot meals a day. My husband Is very happy there! I am relieved to see that he is getting the quality of care he needs. It got beyond my ability to meet his needs. This quality of care comes with a price tag, and it is not cheap, but some of it is tax deductible. Due to the current health crisis in this country, they do not allow visitors, but I can wave through the window.They have NO incidence of COVID-19 in this facility. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND North Lake Villa!! They maintain a cheerful, caring environment. The holiday decorations for Halloween, Christmas, etc. are cheerful and up-lifting. It is a joy to see such loving care given. I truly thank them❣
