This team of healthcare workers are dedicated to learning more about how they can adapt their ways of helping to suit each individual resident. I was fortunate to get to know about 24 of them and listen to how they plan to find more ways to deliver person centred care. It was clear they have a team culture of trust, integrity, and compassion. I would feel safe bringing my loved ones here if they ever needed a place to call home with a little more help. This is a beautiful multi level of care home, with exceptional food and highly compassionate management who help their teams show up in the best kind of way. It is lovely to recommend this home with confidence.

I just visited Williams Lake Seniors Village to get a sense of what it would be like for a loved one and WOW - I liked what I saw! I happened to visit when they were having their Stampede BBQ and everyone was having so much fun!! The food was great, the staff were very helpful and the folks living there were really enjoying themselves and sharing great things with me about living there. So glad I went by that day to experience it all!

When my mother-in-law Joy lived on independent assisted living side she loved it! She was able to reconnect with old friends that she hadn’t seen in a while. Laundry was right there near her room as well as the garbage so she didn’t have to leave the building to deal with those. She loved the meals except for Friday fish night, which I’m sure is not the same at this point. She lived there for five years. She was involved with the resident association and involved with social things. She loved that there was a hairdresser on site. she also felt really safe because there was 24 hour assistance if needed

My Dad lives at seniors village and loves it there. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My mom also lived there for a short time in long term care and was well looked after. We are very happy with the service there.

Very well run except for heating which i m told is operated from the vancouver area! Very attentive & kindly staff. Food is good quality but still institutional so less than great. Good recreational programs. I m also happy with the long-term care that my husband recieves. I d recommend this place for all levels of care.
