The place is amazing. Fantastic staff. Great location and great facilities. The staff truly cares about their guests. They have a great number of activities available for seniors throughout the day. You wouldn’t find a better place! They live to their modo - inspired Senior Living. Thanks again to all the staff

We have lived here for nearly 2 years because our son lives in West Kelowna. We had our meals in the main dining room for the 1st. year until the chef left for a similar job @ $10.00 an n hour more pay. We could not eat the new chef's food and now make our own meals. We were told small pets are allowed when we moved in and now we have large dogs often unattended loose in the common areas. Most of the staff are good and courteous however are scared to talk on our behalf as they VERY MUCH afraid of senior management.. Many of the tenants are not happy with the meals and/or dogs , however are afraid to speak to management.

My Grandma has been living at The Heritage for over 1 year now. She absolutely loves it! She no longer has to worry about cooking her own meals or cleaning her own suite. She can relax and enjoy her golden years! They have live entertainment multiple times per week, and appointment shuttle, and a saltwater pool! There is such much for her to do...she is never bored! Our family has peace of mind knowing she is cared for. We definitely chose the right place for her to live!

The Heritage is an amazing place to retire. The staff are all very friendly. Hailey and TJ always go above and beyond and the activity options are great!

Pool cannot be heated above 87 degrees. Chef has quit and food is below grade. It is not a retirement home any longer. It is mainly assisted living and care home. Short staffed and entertainment is almost nonexistent. Found some staff would not or could not live up to their promises. Beware. Really overpriced for what is offered.

My Father resided at this facility for just short of a year. Awesome place; however, from the start he had difficulties with billing and understanding the billing. For the most we all thought it was a fantastic place for him. He passed early in July and they continued to bill him for the meals and extras. I am firtunate to lock his account, otherwise they tried to take moeny from it. The sad part is, it is now 6 months and I have spoke with many of their management team after i went through, my Father's accounts and relized they owe him a refund for his deposits. They have back tracked and agreed to the refund; however, that was months ago. The only thin

My father has been here for year and a half at the time of this review. He is happy here. This place is full of employees who love their work and love the people who live there. My father had a change of life - these things happen - and this place was perfect... the clouds parted and down came a ray of light into an otherwise sad situation.

The Heritage is spectacular. Beautiful modern rooms that can be furnished as you wish. The food is excellent with an endless variety of meals that can be catered to a specific diet. The only thing that exceeds this place is the staff. Very warm and caring people work here that make both resident and family feel welcome. My father has been here a few months now and his health and happiness have improved immensely. I remember feeling bad when I first took him to a senior home but now I'm actually quite envious.

A great retirement home with great amenities (library, theatre, spa, gym, putting green, lawn bowling, shuffle board, and a great coffee shop). Brand new and very beautiful.
