Harmony House as an LPN has given me the ability to expand my scope and to truly be apart of something that is very moving and profound! The management, unequivocally, fosters an environment that promotes an enriching and rewarding experience! Caring for the residents among great staff unity and having a nucleus that is so strong allows us all as a team to shine in our own way! The inclusivity and equality and the streamlined efficiencies give-away to carefully crafted protocols. At every turn they are adhered with so much conviction from every member of the team. Advocacy, collaboration and continuous education and open dialogue is practiced. My professional identity as a nurse has been greatly enhanced being welcomed at Harmony House. It lives up to its name! In syncope and perfect rhythm we tend to our patients that mean the world to US! Patients are supported at every turn and they are seen and heard! The optimization of this kind of care is something we can all benefit from! Thank you management for leading us to a place of grace and homeostasis as we clinically say in our world!

I have the pleasure of having a client in Harmony House who I take out once a week. I have dealt with most of the staff there and they are absolutely amazing. Friendly, caring, thoughtful and respectful to residents and visitors. As a care provider who has worked in facilities the saying has always been this is there home not ours, harmony house actually mean it.

After an accident in 2010, my son was left with a TBI. As he needed special care, he was moved into Harmony House in Nanaimo. The owners, admin and staff have been so considerate, compassionate, thoughtful and caring and not just to my son but to all residents as well as to me. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Harmony House.

Harmony House is a wonderful facility with people who absolutely love their jobs and care for their clients with dignity and empathy. One thing that I think would be beneficial for all clients that live there would be a van that is able to transport people with wheelchairs, as well as an attendant to go with them to whatever appointments they might have. There is nothing negative I could say about any of the employees, whether it be nurses or care aides.

Harmony house is an amazing temple of love and light for super humans and their journeys. I love coming here to help my homie because they are always so friendly and nice and you can tell they truly care about the people that they care for. A world class facility with so many great vibes. 10/10

this place used to be great, but the nurses here now, especially [Name Removed], is neglectful beyond compare. she doesn't love or care about her job as a nurse. she considers the residence a nuisance, and shes abusive when no one is looking. i would recommend never letting a family member live here. the residence don't get exercise, they don't get to see doctors or health care professionals ever, they are fed absolute garbage, and the staff ignore their needs and let them get horrible bed sores and infections and sicknesses. complete laziness. do not trust sue or this institution. it used to be a great place, but since they arranged who is in charge its very different

One of the only if not the only brain and spinal injury facility on Vancouver Island.. The staff there are above and beyond compare.. The residents are very well looked after and attended to with care and empathy.. If your looking for a facility to care for your loved one and do what needs to be done to offer a standard of life not available anywhere else, then this is the place..
