Just wanted to share my experiences with you all about my stay at The Blossom at White Hall. I must say that it is always scary being away from home. But the care and hospitality that I received was awesome. The nursing staff Mike, CNAs, housekeeping, dietary was all wonderful. Oh how could I forget about the activity lady she made sure that my stay here was extremely nice.The administrator always addressed any concerns in a timely manner. I couldn't thank this place enough. Im forever grateful for the staff here. Thank You All

People always talk about the bad things but hardly ever mention the good. Well I was here for therapy and I must say that they took great care of me. The CNAs, Nurses, the Therapy team, oh yes the activity director was Wonderful saw to all my needs played Bingo, crafting and so many amazing DYI projects, had party's but overall I must say it was a great stay. Being here I only had one issue that occured and I must say that the administrator fixed it without any problems.

Okay time for me to speak out. I've heard some not so good things on my Facebook Page. Telling it's not a good place to be. Well let me say this about the Blossom. They have treated me with all kinds of kindness. When I got down and ready to just give up. The Girls pushed me and got me back on track. I have learned to love them and think of them as part of my Family. I have a little one that comes to see me before she goes to school. An I have adopted her as one of mine. So don't pay attention to what you might have heard.

So I was a resident here at The Blossom at White Hall. And I most say that I have no complaints, all of the staff were very wonderful and caring. Exactly the activities lady ( i don't remember her name) but she was always available when needed. All in all everyone was great ‘

I went there at 8:00 a.m. this morning the lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant I had asked her if they could use a stand-up Walker a regular Walker a shower chair and a wheelchair she immediately said yes ma'am you can bring it to our front doors and I will have someone come out and get them I called to say I was there I was not even a block away from their facility another lady came out she also was very pleasant she took all the stuff out of my car as she took in I held the doors for her I looked around and noticed how clean everything was this is why I think they deserve five stars just paying it forward I hope you get good use out of what I donated I hope that's a good way to start off the new year on a positive note

We have not had any problems with The Blossom since my relative entered. Tiffany was the first of worker we meet and fell in love with her. She has patience and work well with my relative in getting him settled in when he first entered. We really appreciate Tiffany and if we had awards to give out she would be top on the list, monetary too! She’s excellent in what she does here at The Blossom, and I know she is greatly appreciated.

I love the facility. The workers here are very nice and kind. They very encouraging, they keep us active, encourage us to come to activities, which I really enjoyed that because if they don't, I stay in my room watching TV all day. But they is so encouraging to me, they are blessing to me. They are god sent so I really enjoy being at the nursing home.

Today, I had the pleasure visiting my friend at The Blossoms today. When I tell you that the young lady in Activities went above and beyond to help me out today. I’m pretty sure that I had overwhelmed her due to my own personal situation. However, that didn’t deflect from the patience and understanding she provided today. This world really could use more people like her. Congratulations this place has someone who really cares about others and not only the residents that are placed there.

The Blossoms at White Hall is such a blessing. The caregivers are not only professional and attentive, but also incredibly patient and kind. They treat residents with the dignity and respect they deserve, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. Whether it's helping with daily needs, offering a listening ear, or simply sharing a smile and thoughtful compliment, it's clear that they love and genuinely care for their residents. The facility is bright and clean with beautiful outdoor spaces and cozy common areas. There's a strong sense of community here, and it shows. I'm beyond thankful for the folks at The Blossoms at White Hall and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for the highest quality elder care.

I was a resident in this facility until yesterday. I was there for rehab and was able to go home yesterday. I Praise the Lord and the great therapist Alicia and Christian at Blossoms for the work they helped me with while I was there. Thank y'all so much!! There are many CNA'S who helped make my stay tolerable. They were kind, considerate and caring. To the ladies in the shower room I give a great big shout out!!! I wouldn't do your job for anything lol. You handle yourselves with grace ™. The nurses were good to me as well as their job allowed. They are too overwhelmed with what they are doing. As are the CNA'S most of the time. You can't take care of as many residents as they do without someone falling through the cracks. I waited for water up to 2 hours. Unacceptable to anyone, but when only one CNA is working you can't expect more. The food is almost always cold. I had scrambled eggs every day and oatmeal. I sent the oatmeal back every day I don't eat oatmeal. The eggs were either too hard or running. You ate them or went hungry. I had never had cornbread for breakfast. One day this week I had cornbread for all 3 meals. Excuse me for skipping around on topics I was trying to get everything I needed to say in my review. I'm going to address my problem with my medicine. I was given a medication for acid reflux at night that clearly stated morning on the instructions. Because I knew this and got upset I had to start taking it twice a day to get it corrected. If you're going to put your loved ones in any facility check it out!!!
