This is a review and recommendation for my housekeeper, Laylonie Beck. She is a very pleasant person and she does a great job cleaning my apartment. I'm glad she was assigned to my apartment area.

I have been very happy with the way Laylonie has cleaned my room. She puts on my clean sheets and makes my bed. Vacuums and mops, cleans the bath room and wipes down counters and mirrors . Cleans my ceiling fan when it needs it and leaves my room smelling so nice!!

I have lived in Arkanshire for over two years. I THINK IT IS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE LIVED. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is getting better now that Tin. Is cooking more. There are plenty of activities and a good variety when Sally has time to work instead of spending time training. The cleaning squad is much better with them not having to serve as well. The new company has promised alot of good stuff, but have been slow delivering on several things. The internet is almost unreliable. The sound in the dining room is so loud. I think drapes would help alot. I'm very happy for the good experience Sandy and Sally AND John AND D have been very helpfull…

This place looks just like the garden of happiness. I am a respiratory therapist who checks on a couple of my patients who stay over there, and every time I'm here, I feel love and friendship all over the place, along with happiness. Please keep the positive culture

I stopped in to gather information for my parents. I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly people. I met with Sandy and she gave me a tour and answered all my questions. Everyone was very lovely and welcoming. This place seems like a true loving community! Can't say enough about how great this place was!

My mother has been a resident for several years now! I’ve seen some changes over the years! ARKANSHIRE does deserve 5 stars!! This past year and a half has been hard on everyone and ARKANSHIRE did a WONDERFUL job protecting their residents! Changes I’ve seen over the past few years were in Management, Staff, and the Chef! I would like to take this opportunity to Thank some by name, Virginia, (moms housekeeper), Bill, (bus driver), Stephane (NAPS) Sandy, (renter), John, (Assistant Manager)!!! All of these Go Above and Beyond for the Residents!!! I’ve seen them at work with my own eyes!!! The residents as a whole are Happy and ARKANSHIRE is a Safe and Loving Community and I am very Happy that my mother called this place home!

We moved my sister in about a year ago. She was living alone and needed socialization. We live out of state and relied on Arkanshire to help my sister. They took her under their wing. They have made her feel like she is a part of a huge family! Since I live miles away I can say this makes me so happy and would be every grateful for the staff and residents at Arkanshire.

the preschoolpresc I work at, actually does a lot of work with them. And this facility is amazing. Everybody looks so happy the customer service is unbelievable. Highly recommended!!!! Mary is fantastic!!!!

Beautiful! What a great place this is...a guest room for family to stay in, good food, lots of activities, excursions, and more. My mom is happier now than she was over the last few years. I am actually excited for this chapter of her life.

I Like Living Here And As For Me I Live In A Cottage With Full Kitchen, Dinning Room, Living Room, Two Bathrooms, Two Bedrooms And Im Aloud One Meal In The Main Building, But It Can Be Worked Out With Ones Needs As Per Said Persons Needs When Applying For Residents. As I Say Im Happy To Be Living Here At The Gardens Of Arkanshire And Its Like A Family Atmosphere So Whats Not To Like.

Very helpful staff. I visit my grandma often and have meals with her. The food is good. The location is in a good spot. My grandma seems very happy here!

Good people and helpful for my mother. The food is healthy and well done. Im glad we chose here. However, after being here for a year, there are some questionable actions from the administration. They had great on-site support, but now they are not allowed to live there anymore. Also, the price will go up by 6% or so every year, much faster than the actual cost of living goes up. And the base cost is already quite expensive. If considering here, be aware of these potential problems. Im not sure how much longer well be able to keep mom here.
