Every time I’m on-site, I’m impressed by how smoothly the community operates and how much pride the staff takes in caring for their residents. Their team consistently shows kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. They take the time to listen to their residents, respond to their needs, and provide top‘notch senior living care. Every single time I have been on site to perform work, there is at least one member of the kitchen staff taking time out of their busy work schedule to sit and chat with the residents. It’s clear that the well‘being of the people who live there is always their top priority. I also want to recognize their amazing maintenance staff, who work hard to keep the facilities safe, clean, and well‘maintained. Absolutely love this facility, Visited briefly and got to tour the place, I spoke with four different staff members and every single one of them were delightful and kind, It was clean, Lunch smelled so good, And John, the executive director was wonderful! Highly recommend!

I recently had the opportunity to engage with many residents while participating in a Health Fair at Arkanshire. When asked about their experience living there, they shared that it truly feels like "home." They spoke highly of the food, activities, and the supportive staff, expressing their overall satisfaction with the community. I quote 2 of the women: "We eat, we play, we rest!"

I first experienced the Gardens at Arkanshire through the kind words of a good family friend whose mother had lived there several years ago. This friend spoke highly of all the daily activities, outings, and opportunities for social interaction their mother had the opportunity to experience; painting classes, beachball volleyball, listening to live music performances, sharing a good meal with friends, working in the garden, building puzzles or playing bingo...there was always something going on to keep her active. The family never once saw their mother not smiling upon making a visit to the property...the family made it sound so good; I decided to visit The Gardens myself - what can I say, they were correct on all counts!

I have known staff that have worked there for many years and have poured their efforts into giving the seniors that live there the best days of their lives.

The Gardens of Arkanshire Senior Living is a wonderful community filled with great staff and residents. I have visited there several times and the staff and residents are very hospitable and welcoming. They are about to have some new renovations, I am told, and the residents seem to be excited about the upcoming improvements. If you are looking for senior living in NW Arkansas, I would recommend you go talk to Sandy, John or any of the team there.

I have lived in Arkanshire for over two years. I THINK IT IS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE LIVED. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is getting better now that Tin. Is cooking more. There are plenty of activities and a good variety when Sally has time to work instead of spending time training. The cleaning squad is much better with them not having to serve as well. The new company has promised alot of good stuff, but have been slow delivering on several things. The internet is almost unreliable. The sound in the dining room is so loud. I think drapes would help alot. I'm very happy for the good experience Sandy and Sally AND John AND D have been very helpfull..

Since laylonie has cleaned my cell she has done an excellent job. It Never looks better. Allen 407.1 have another excellent worker by the name! Marie Aquer. Who does An excellent job of getting the breakfast meal ready ach day she Works. Everyone comments on the manner she treats the residents Compared to the waitresses who Worked (term loosely) Sat the Oct 26. I ordered milk 3 times and was Rudely told 1 time. NO. It took 1.5 hours to finally get my milk. wHy?.

I have been very happy with the way Laylonie has cleaned my room. She puts on my clean sheets and makes my bed. Vacuums and mops, cleans the bath room and wipes down counters and mirrors . Cleans my ceiling fan when it needs it and leaves my room smelling so nice!!

This place looks just like the garden of happiness. I am a respiratory therapist who checks on a couple of my patients who stay over there, and every time I’m here, I feel love and friendship all over the place, along with happiness. Please keep the positive culture

I stopped in to gather information for my parents. I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly people. I met with Sandy and she gave me a tour and answered all my questions. Everyone was very lovely and welcoming. This place seems like a true loving community! Can’t say enough about how great this place was!

My mother has been a resident for several years now! I’ve seen some changes over the years! ARKANSHIRE does deserve 5 stars!! This past year and a half has been hard on everyone and ARKANSHIRE did a WONDERFUL job protecting their residents! Changes I’ve seen over the past few years were in Management, Staff, and the Chef! I would like to take this opportunity to Thank some by name, Virginia, (moms housekeeper), Bill, (bus driver), Stephane (NAPS) Sandy, (renter), John, (Assistant Manager)!!! All of these Go Above and Beyond for the Residents!!! I’ve seen them at work with my own eyes!!! The residents as a whole are Happy and ARKANSHIRE is a Safe and Loving Community and I am very Happy that my mother called this place home!

"I" Like Living Here And As For Me "I" Live In A Cottage With Full Kitchen, Dinning Room, Living Room, Two Bathrooms, Two Bedrooms And I'm Aloud One Meal In The Main Building, But It Can Be Worked Out With One's Needs As Per Said Person's Needs When Applying For Residents. As "I" Say I'm Happy To Be Living Here At The Gardens Of Arkanshire And It's Like A Family Atmosphere So What's Not To Like.

Good people and helpful for my mother. The food is healthy and well done. I'm glad we chose here. However, after being here for a year, there are some questionable actions from the administration. They had great on-site support, but now they are not allowed to live there anymore. Also, the price will go up by 6% or so every year, much faster than the actual cost of living goes up. And the base cost is already quite expensive. If considering here, be aware of these potential problems. I'm not sure how much longer we'll be able to keep mom here.
