Hands down the most dedicated staff, clean environment, welcoming feel, and happy residents. A full service of activities, meals, laundry, social events, medical care, medication monitoring, housekeeping, home health, fitness, the list can go on and on for any resident from top to bottom!

I can't say enough good things about Brookdale Russellville. After a 7 day hospital stay, my mother wasn't quite strong enough to go home and we chose Brookdale for a 14 day respite stay. I wasn't sure we were going to convince her to go home. They shamelessly spoiled her while she was there. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. We arrived about 7:00 p.m. and not only was the admissions director, Michelle, waiting for us but also the director, Mindy. They had a welcome sign out and dinner waiting for mom. Her room was clean and ready for her. She never wanted for anything. Mom bragged about the food every day she was there and my dad said she had to come home b/c he was going to get fat eating lunch there with her every day. On top of the care the residents receive, the activities planned are amazing. There are multiple activities each day to suit anyone's tastes and guest speakers frequently. Everything is also kept spotless. I most definitely give Brookdale 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I would highly recommend anyone whose family needs assisted living to look into Brookdale. It's very much worth it.

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for this staff. I was always visiting my grandparents as often as I could. The staff greeted me when I came in, they knew my grandparents by name, as well as mine. They truly cared. My grandma passed September 23rd of this year from breast cancer, which left my grandpa, who had dementia alone without her. I was very worried for him, but he was in great care with this staff. Even when i would be visiting, the staff would fill me in on my grandparents well being. A few days ago I had a feeling I needed to talk to my grandpa. Because he isnt able to get around or use the phone himself, this is obviously difficult. Deborah helped arrange a way for me to talk to him still. The staff has personally helped me talk to my grandpa on the phone by bringing it to him and helping him with responding. I just want to say THANK YOU for helping me talk to him, because he passed away today. I am so grateful I got to talk to him before he passed since I live in Northwest Arkansas. The staff didnt have to go through all that trouble just so I could speak to my grandpa, but they did. and for that I am forever thankful.

My great grandmother lives at Brookdale and I like to go visit her there. My favorite time to visit is on family night because we all get to eat together. After dinner, we sometimes play a game of pool or we go back to my Mam-maw's room and watch the Cardinals. I'm only in 6th grade, but I hope Brookdale is still here when I'm old.

I am in another state from my mother who is living at Brookdale Russellville. After spending an extended period of time here I can honestly say this is a safe, loving caring group of professionals caring for my mother. Some of staff gave become like extended family for my mom. The food is good too!

I it's a very nice place to live you get breakfast lunch and dinner Great staff love all the people there if you had the means money to live there it is a great place to live. If you have no transportation they have a bus that can take you forever you want to go to Walmart trips after strips and sometimes just going for scenery great people there
