Parkview Apartments is a wonderful place to live. It’s clean, quiet, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I feel safe here and I find the manager, Jo, quite delightful. She is straightforward, fair, and honest. I appreciate those qualities. I am looking forward to living here for a very long time.

I love this place. I feel my family members that live there is safe. I don’t have to worry about unwanted guest coming in and out. JO is amazing, for all the people that is giving her a bad review. I feel you should appreciate the fact that she does not tolerate nonsense. If Jo was not there the build would not be as clean and beautiful as it is. It is well kept and very clean. I love the fact that Jo take care of business and DO NOT hesitate to correct unnecessary problem. If something is wrong with an apartment, Jo is on it. I love the fact that there are rules that she does not allow to be broken. In my opinion, if you don’t like living there where things are safe, clean, and in order, THEN MOVE. Out of all the buildings I looked at for seniors, this one was top notch. SO, before you bad mouth Jo, think about how good you have it compared to other buildings. I would highly recommend this place, I pray Jo never leaves. She is awesome. Felicia Newman

This place has been more than a place to live. It is like a home to me. My floor has the most wonderful neighbors. And my apartment is beautiful overlooking the Arkansas Museum of Art. Manager Jo always makes sure the place is clean, safe, and enjoyable for all of us residents. I've never had any maintenance issues because Tim and Freddie take care of my apartment swiftly. If you don't like it here it's probably because you don't want to have rules. But, there are too many residents here not to have some. I think Jo does a fantastic job and Tim and Freddie are the best. Great place if you're a senior and want to take it easy.

My mother, cousin and mother-in-love all live at Parkview Towers. Today, my mother had visitors from an agency to conduct an assessment of her health. The first thing they noticed and mentioned was how clean the building was, and how nice the apartments are. Kudos to that awesome cleaning crew.....

Seeking a place to live but landlord stated I'm to young to live there I'm 56th years old. But you have to be 62 years old my Mother once lived there for 5 years before I went and got her to live with me as she became sick before she died ’”. It was a Great Place for her to live I just brought a home for my Mother is why I moved her out of Parkview Towers. But since both our health start failing we sold the home because we could no longer keep the up keep of the home. So we move to another apartment where my Mother finally passed away happily & peaceful. The same lady is still over the place she's very nice and yes it's a nice place to live & the up keep there is still great. Yes I wish I could have move in there.

Loving this place! Convenient to downtown, SOMA, and all interstates!! Residents are extremely friendly and courteous. Halls, laundry and common areas are maintained to the nth degree. I have never seen any type of insect or vermin inside the facility and unsure of previous comments re this being an issue. Management has always been very responsive to any and all requests and or concerns I have voiced. I have observed numerous occasions when they have, in my opinion, bent over backwards to ensure residents extra/additional needs are being met.

My mom lived there for 3 years and she loved it. They have nice apartments and friendly staff and residents. If you are looking for a place to live apply. You won't regret it. My mom said whenever she comes back to LR she will live here again. I was impressed!
